I would leave negative stars if I could soley based off the disrespectful nature and nastiness of the receptionist. My mom simply wanted to straighten an insurance situation out for my sister and all she could talk about was the amount my sister owed the office. And my mom said she will gladly pay that but wanted to just talk about the insurance. And she just continued to be rude and nasty. It was less than $100 she owed and my sister has mental health issues. The lack of compassion, grace and mercy this lady possess is absolutely astounding. If you have loved ones with issues like that and need a caring and compassionate office, I’d go elsewhere. Dr. Kirkwood is so nice and a great doctor. It is just very unfortunate who is running the phones and front desk… we need advocates in the medical field. Not greedy people just wanting pennies. They’re gonna get paid. You’d think they’d want to be kind especially to the insurance professionals. Which she was rude to them too. Met this Doctor Kirkwood a copy weeks ago when I took my Uncle Ezra Graber there to see him, Seem to be a very caring Doctor I just wish he was closer I would like him for my family Doctor Very Good His patience are very lucky but I still wish he was in Martin or Daviess County so that I could switch Doctors

Love the office and its staff

i have been a patient with Dr. Kirkwood for 18 years. He has always dealt with me compasionately and will spend as much time with me as is needed. If he does not know what is wrong with me, he does not pretend that he does, like some past doctors. I fully trust him with my health.
