Great bed side manners and was very knowledgeable and great at explaining the situation.

Dr. Falaiye I'm hoping is smart and good at her job behind closed doors, but her bedside manner left A LOT to be desired. She refused to answer my questions and responded with extreme condescension. She would not explain her findings in detail and told me I would have to book a consultation in order to talk more about it. She then told me to leave the room because she has other patients. Extremely rude. Should not be working with children.

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Falaiye. If I could give her 0 stars I would. She did not want to listen to anything I had to say including that we’ve been doing the same treatment for my 10 month old for months. Every time I asked her a question she did not want to answer it and always seemed upset every time I asked her a question. She did not give us any recommendations that regular pediatricians haven’t already told us. She’s a specialist for a reason. She needs to learn how to talk to patients parents or patients themselves she was very rude and would tell me “I’m talking right now”. She takes things very personal and is extremely rude. Because I didn’t tell her I wanted to run tests on my daughter she said it was my fault for not bringing it up to her. She’s very unprofessional and will not help to resolve any problems you may have or any treatments to help better a situation. Worst doctor I’ve EVER had an encounter with would not recommend. I don’t even know how she’s a doctor.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. She is very rude and lacks empathy. If you have a question you are better off not asking her because her because she can’t give “percentiles” and she never knows if the baby’s weight is accurate on a chart. If you want help to improve something for you or your child please do not see this doctor she is not here to help. She is here for money and a quick in and out appointment. She tries to justify why my daughter should be on medicine for the rest of her life because she has constipation problems. Worst doctor ever do not recommend.

She does not answer questions well and gets irritated with you for having them. Refused to discuss abnormal test results for my daughter with me and then said I could go get a new doctor. Like wow!

Dr. Falaiye added more stress to an already stressful situation. She is very rude, arrogant, and lacks empathy. She has no bedside manner and treated my child as if she were a research study and not a human being with feelings and emotions. The manner in which she spoke to me, the parent, was alarming and uncalled for. She is out of touch with reality and should not, in my opinion, work with children. I fired her as my daughter's doctor.

She was rushed, rude and arrogant and then, did not make the right call with diagnosis or treatment. Her office staff were awesome though.
