Dr. Small is one of the most true loyal an honorable humanitarian and caring person first and doctor. Thank you dr. Tolbert Jay Small for giving me your best health care and treatment. I admit did I did not know everything and I was wrong about something. The last thing I wanted to be was sick hurt injured or in pain. I have been going to Dr. Small for years. He is very laid back and easy to deal with. I hate seeing doctors and have had some terrible experiences. Seeing Dr. Small is always unstressful.
