I spent three years in Dr. Traub's care. He is one of the BEST pain doctors in Florida. He recommended radiofrequency ablasions instead of more medication, and it was incredible how he managed to keep my pain under control. Of course, somebody hit my car, and I had to start all over. After searching and searching I finally found another pain doctor who does RFA's up here in the Panhandle. I went there with 3 bulging disc,a bad hip and a severe left hand pain. He told me He WOULD NOT HELP ME WITH MY HAND OR MY HIP ONLY MY BACK WITH injections to see if that would work.The next day my ortho said you really need to find someone more professional and she didn't even want to know the name of this doctor

This was completely a waste of time and money!!! First there front office never did find the referral from my primary after three different attempts. Took 10 days to see doctor. Ton of paper work then nurse take me in back than ask the same questions that where on form I just completed. Then a Very unprofessional Dr. Traub came in after discussing by case with Nurse right outside my room (cheap rooms very thin walls. All of offices staff and patient's sitting close to desk could not help but hear. I could hear them talking while I waited.) has no interpersonal patient skills. Very rude, he never introduced himself and had his back to me the hole time; his voice sounded like he took pleasure in turning me away and Lying about my primary physician to me. No I would not recommend this person to anyone. Very Very disappointed in their medical practice. Im reporting this to my insurance company to have them dropped as a provider. I have been very satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Traub. I moved to Virginia and I sure do miss him taking care of me! He had a solution to my chronic neck pain and I am thankful that he worked with me so I didn't have to take Opiods.

Love Love... Dr. Traub and staff all very down to earth and caring and always willing to help whenever pain arise. Also hardly ever are you sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. Dr Traub truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen and treats you like a human. You are a person to him, not a pay check.

Dr. Traub implanted my spinal cord stimulator for pain 14 years ago. It was only supposed to last 7 years, but mine lasted double that. I was very sad when Dr. Traub left the group of doctors on 54th Ave in St. Petersburg and went to Tampa. If Dr Traub was on my current insurance, I would drive across the state to have my stimulator replaced. Excellent doctor that actually cares. What a rare find, a doctor who loves being a doctor, who offers hope.... no medicine can do that. Thanks to Dr Traub and staff.

I have an unusual reason for my chronic pain and not only did Dr Traub take the time to understand he has a medical treatment plan that gives me hope that I really haven't had until now. I can't explain the gratitude & if you're serious about getting better, He's the Dr to go to!!!

I currently see Dr Traub and am very happy with his care!! Good Dr's are hard to find I'm very grateful knowing I'm in good hands with him. I would highly recommend him.
