Great Dr

Dr. Sandrock is very thorough. He diagnosed me in about 3 minutes. My pcp ordered an xray which RMI said I had mild to moderate arthritis but Dr. Sandrock said my joint looks great after getting xrays at his office. Give him my thanks :).

GREAT Doctor , He talks with his patients on how they are feeling and what there needs are. He puts you at ease on going to see him. GREAT DOCTOR

Dr. Sandrock and his staff are fantastic! They're all extremely friendly and efficient. When I was told I needed surgery, Dr. Sandrock explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. After surgery and during follow up visits, Dr. Sandrock was just wonderful in my pain management and options that would work for me. I highly recommend him if you need surgery!

Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Organized and prompt. I hate waiting. Has not been an issue here. Either at office or, surgery center. He and his staff seem to organize time well. His treatments have reduced my pain considerably. Hope it continues.

Average experience, good results. The end result of my hip replacement was good. It feels solid and stable. However, my experience with the office staff was poor. I was having some pain, called the office, and they never called me back. Dr. Sandrock is a nice man, but does not offer any information/advice unless you specifically ask the question. He did answer every question I asked, though. It was frustrating trying to get information when I really didn't know what to ask. I was told to "read the book".

A great doctor and a awesome surgeon

Dr Sandrock was very nice I was in a lot of pain in my hip he did an injection and it was the difference between night and day was very happy with him and his staff very nice.

Very kind and caring man

Dr. sand rock has completed total knee replacements of the left and right knees. Always professional, compassionate and courteous! Completely happy with the results of both surgeries and I highly recommend him for your orthopedic needs! The office is friendly, efficient and helpful.

My wait time is always at least a half hour or more...when I have an appointment. Why have an appointment???

Dr Sandrock performed my knee replacement. I have only positive comments about my experience with the Doctor. I Dr Sandrock also performed a knee replacement on my mother 10 years ago. I was impressed with how he treated my elderly mother. I would recommend him to anyone.

He handled my fractured hip in a emergency situation, but when I complained something was not right it fell on deaf ears, even after several visits back to the office. I am now in the situation with having to have a revision done just 2 years after surgery. I know some people complain about anything and everything but that is not me and now I have to do this all over again. Caring. Talks everything over with you. Glad he was on duty when I broke my wrist!!

He listened as i described my symptoms. His answers were easy to understand.

My husband is a patient of his and he has always been very kind and gracious. He also is very thorough and does a good job.

Dr. Sandrock has been a God send for me he has had to rebuild my rotor cuff twice and repair a shattered humerus. If it wasn't for him I would not be able to function normally.

two bad knees, one replaced the other we are working through with other forms. I am completely happy with him as a Doctor and a person. he is caring and understanding.

My visits with Dr. Sandrock are always on time and I always receive the same care I've come to expect. He answers every question in the way I understand and does not seem in a hurry even though others are also waiting for him.

I highly recommend Dr. Sandrock. He is thorough and answered all my questions. He was never rushing. He closely supervised the residents working with him. His rigorous pre and post-op infection prevention worked and is worth doing every step. He truly cared about me.

I’ve been to Dr Sandrock 3 times once for each knee & right hip. The knees needed surgery that turned out ok and are still holding up after 5/6 years. The hip isn’t ready for surgery yet and hope it never needs to be. He is kind and shows compassion when addressing your problems. Dr Sandrock took care of me for the second time. He replaced my other hip 4 years ago with great results. This surgery went as well as the first with the same attention to detail. I would highly recommend Dr Sandrock for any surgery of this nature.

Always so positive and encouraging, Dr. Sandrock makes a visit to his office easy. He answers all my questions and explains everything thoroughly. His easy going manner puts his patients at ease during stressful times.

Had a total hip replacement performed by Dr. Sandrock in 2007. In July, I saw him for a routine check up. How amazing to learn that after 14 years, everything is still in place and there are no worn parts. I see him again in 3 years unless I have a problem. Dr. Sandrock has completed bilateral knee replacements for me. Both surgeries were successful with full recovery! He is always professional, compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Sandrock! His office, staff and associates are friendly and helpful.

Very unprofessional, not accommodating for someone with a broken hip/ femur. Refused to help even open a door

EVERY DAY EARLY IN MORNING COME TO ME IN HOSPITAL ASSISTANT OF DR . FALLAHI. AND EVERY DAY COME TO ME AND SAYS: TODAY YOU GO HOME", NEVER SEE MY BLOOD TEST, NEVER THINK ABOUT PATIENTS, WELL THEY LIKE THIS EARN MONEY. infections DOCTOR LEAVE ME IN HOSPITAL AND TRANSFER ME FROM OBSERVATION OUTPATIENT TO INPATIENT, BECAUSE I HAVE VERY BAD INFECTION AFTER SURGERY. TODAY THIS "DOCTOR" COME TO ME 5:30 am IN STREET COAT, HE CAME WHERE PEOPLE SUFFERING ENOUGH FROM THIS ENFECTION BECAUSE OF THIS SURGEON.
