He and his staff are great. I only stopped going here due to distance but if I were closer he'd still be ENT.

I had a great experience with Dr. Proctor and his staff. I was in Michigan on vacation and of course came down with a terrible case of swimmers ear. His staff was able to squeeze me in Monday morning. Dr. Proctor is an easy going guy who certainly makes you feel comfortable. His care got me back on the right track (so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation) and the fact that he was able to accommodate two visits in a three day period for an out of state patient says something about him. I can’t thank him and his team enough for helping me out. I had a great experience with Dr. Proctor and his staff. One of the most "punctual" medical appointments I have ever had and my appt was at 8 a.m.! I know it won't always be like this but as a first time patient, I was impressed. I will refer my family and friends!

I went to Dr. Todd Proctor after I found out I had a deviated septum at the end of 2019. I went in for an evaluation and the receptionist was extremely welcoming and kind. Dr. Proctor confirmed my deviated septum, explained to me the condition of it (it was blocking about 90% of my airflow in my left nasal passageway), and explained what my options were. He explained things very clearly and was to the point. We set up an appointment to have a septoplasty and turbinate reduction procedure done which was in January of this year. He put in two stents and one stitch which I went in five days later for him to remove. I took about a week off work to heal and that was a perfect timeframe. The healing process was smooth, quick and I went back in for two post-op appointments just to make sure everything was good. I had a great experience with the surgery and can now breathe PERFECTLY through both nasal cavities. I highly recommend going to Dr. Proctor.

Very disappointed and have never been ignored like this by at doctor. He was actually on this phone when he walked in (texting or emailing) and kept on his phone on and off for the few minutes I was in the room with him! At the end of my appointment - he told me "my daughter got married this last weekend and we are moving her bank accounts over". Well good for you - I am paying YOU for your time and I feel he didn't even listen to me at all! Awful! Nurse was nice - will not see him again!

My daughter went to see Dr. Proctor and was impressed by him and his caring staff. Since, my daughter is a nurse, this means a lot! Soon, she is leaving to work out of state, and he told her if she had a problem, she could see an ENT friend of his near where she is going! Thanks so much Dr. Proctor! He was in a hurry to see his next patient rather inquiring about my problem and helping me. It was like he made up his mind about my condition looking at the symptoms (pre check sheet) and he didn't even give me a chance to speak. That appointment lasted for just less than 2 min while he was speaking and not letting me explain my condition.

This review is for Laura, who is the audiologist at this office. She has a doctorate degree in Audiology and she is excellent. Laura always gets me in right away and makes sure that my hearing aids are working/adjusted properly before I leave. I damaged my own ear by trying to clean it out and they were gonna work me in right away, but the swelling went down so I waited until my insurance kicked in. When I did see him, his staff was incredibly kind and professional, as were the medical assistant. The doctor was very informative and thorough and I did not feel rushed as all. I'm know I'm now his only patient, but he makes you feel like you are. His audiologist was very kind and informative.

I work at Beaumont-Royal Oak. Dr Proctor has been my ENT for many years. He is very sharp, attentive, and nice. His staff is very professional yet courtous and nice - scheduling appointments couldn't be easier. Their office is very clean and I've not experienced long waiting periods at appointments. Excellent physician!

Dr. Proctor told me I had Ménière's disease when I actually had an massive middle ear infection that led to a partial mastoidectomy with a better doctor. He and his staff were condescending to me and he try to send me for a psych evaluation! I have permanent hearing loss because of his negligence.

Dr. Proctor was the 3rd ENT I went to see and I wish I would have found him first!! I am pushing 40 and have had sinus/allergy problems since I was a teenager. For whatever reason, I didn't start seeking an ENT until I was over 30. The first couple I tried acted like I was crazy and didn't know my own body or what was going on. Not Dr. Proctor! To start, making an appointment was easy and friendly. Once I arrived, the office is clean and welcoming. Claudia took me back to my room and she is just an amazing person that makes you feel super comfortable even if you are nervous. The exam room is warm and inviting, not like you are at the doctor. The exam door is usually open (in my experience) which is good for folks that have anxiety, such as myself. I find this to be a plus, for basic items. Dr. Proctor is a very calm and down to earth person that listens to what you have to say. He makes recommendations for care that have you in mind, not just doing something to do it. Very understanding and I have found that he has personal experience with allergies so can truly feel your pain. He also doesn’t do the white coat bit, which makes it a more comfortable experience. When I first went 2 years ago, I came with a ruptured ear drum that was already a couple months into the healing process. I had also been dealing with vertigo. I was also suffering from not being able to breathe very well. He helped me with all of those things, discovered I had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. He also informed me that this may not completely solve my problems and allergies are more than likely playing into my issues. I scheduled the surgery because even if I get my allergies under control, the septum and turbinates would not fix themselves on their own and would cause problems. Unfortunately for my anxiety, Claudia doesn’t attend the surgeries, but Dr. Proctor did a great job of making me feel comfortable and calm. All went well and I went for my septoplasty follow up and then again to remove the splints. As always, even with my anxiety, Dr. Proctor was very calming and helped talk me through everything. That was 2 years ago and I just went back today and felt the same welcoming feeling I did as before. Dr. Proctor is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in explaining my specific issues. Bottom line…if you need an ENT, go see Dr. Proctor. :) Dr. Proctor was the 3rd ENT I went to see and I wish I would have found him first!! I would recommend Dr. Proctor to my family and friends. Very friendly office staff, and Dr Proctor was very thorough in explaining my condition and treatment options. I've never left a review for a Dr. before, but really felt like I needed to this time because my experience with him and his staff was so positive. The nurse was also very informative and friendly!
