Dr. Todd Irwin Parnes

Dr. Parnes himself- competent, compassionate, patient-centric physician that I could not recommend highly enough. His staff- lazy, condescending, unhelpful, know-it-all, disingenuous collection of women that only care about revenue.

Dr Parnes did an excellent procedure on me, it made me breath. A few days later, i emailed him and told him i was stuffy, his nurse called me and told me to buy a nasal spray which did not work. A few days Later i practically beg him to help me, my stuffeness was getting worse to the point where i could not sleep, i was drained of energy, i even asked him if he could recommend someone, he never answered my email, so i emailed him again and again he did not reply. Now i know that im am not his only patient, but all i was asking for was a referral or any kind of help. The way i was treated was deplorable. I never heard of a doctor not answering his patients questions. His arrogance and lack of concern was very disheartening, i will never use him again!

This practice provides absolutely no Covid protection!! No masking of staff or patients is requested. No one other than me and intake nurse was masked. I saw Dr. Parnes for a persistent cough he knew what to do to get a diagnosis. There were 2 tests he ran in his office. It was made easier for me because Dr. Parnes explained everything he was going to do. Knowing what to expect really helped me. The staff there is very professional. The reason I didn't give a 5 star in the review is because my cough came back after my follow up appointment with him he had given me antibiotics and cough syrup. When the cough became worse I called to find out if he wanted to see me or if he wanted me to go to my internet. Never did I receive any word from his office. So I will go to my 5 star internist. I wish I could give an INFINITY amount of stars!!!! My entire life I have suffered with sinus issues. Pressure headaches, non-stop congestion, stuffy nose, etc… you name it…I had it. Dr. Parness has been, by far, one of the most knowledgeable and caring physicians that I have ever seen. He diagnosed a potentially life threatening disorder in my wife that was missed by another highly regarded ENT. He has always taken the time and care to completely explain and discuss how, what, and why he does what he is doing, on every visit. Having multiple medical issues and numerous physicians that I have total faith in, Dr. Parness has a special set of skills that excel in every area of patient care and treatment.

It’s was my first time to see Dr Parnes. The office staff was very nice and efficient. They were able to get me an appoint right away. Dr Parnes was wonderful. He was thorough and told me exactly what he was doing. Then sat down to tell me what meds I was going to have to take. He didn’t rush in and out like most doctors today. I highly recommend him.

He gets -0, could not post unless I did one star so BEWARE I needed corrective plastic surgery repair AFTER todd Parnes, Delray Beach FL botched the plastic surgery he performed on me by cutting the muscle in the lower lid of my left eye. I was disfigured by him. Pictures on request.

Even during this crazy Covid pandemic--he was open and willing to see me. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and his staff was very organized. I waiting in the car until it was my appointment and the office was very clean. -what a great caring physician.

You seriously need to get a new billing company. Your medical service is great. However 2 of 3 visits have been inappropriately billed. UPDATE: i finally got my medical records picked them up and while i was there i asked to make an appt because a lot of the info on the medical records was false and i didn’t understand a lot of the info he had added in there and since he operated on me he’s the one who should explain detail by detail to me what he did and what went wrong. He wrote i never complained of discomfort which i did every single time i went in, (I’m not sure if he’s trying to save himself) They said they would call me back with an appointment date, i got a call back today 1/29 saying he will not be able to see me because i wrote a bad review and I’m clearly not happy with him. I told them “obviously I’m not happy with him and he won’t be touching my nose anymore but the least he can do is explain to me all the gibberish on the medical records and all the info he lied about on the medical records.” They refuses to give me the appt. This guy is such a coward he won’t even give me the time of day to sit with him. This is the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to, this doctor will mess up your face and not even give u the time of day. He knows what he did was wrong and now won’t even show face. When i came for my check up he told me i needed to massage that piece of my nose daily, i did. He said it was just cartilage that needed to be massaged, a month went by and my nose was getting worse and worse. He had me come into the office and shoved a file up my nose (while i was awake) and tried to file the “cartilage” he had messed up. In the course of two years i went back and did the same in office procedure, (filing down my nose while AWAKE) he basically lied to me and told me after a few times of the filing that it would disappear. The last time i visited his office i almost fainted, which is when i said enough is enough. I asked for all of my medical records and was very specific about getting my before pictures back. When i went back to pick up my records he told me his computer drive was down and couldn’t get the pictures. I waited for about a year for these pics. I called back this week and they tell me they never took before pictures. Please please please do not go there for any surgeries! My surgery wasn’t even a cosmetic surgery and he changed my whole nose around and now is saying he doesn’t have any pictures. Mind you the last time i went to get the in office procedure that he said would help he had a lawyer with him because he knew he had messed up. Dr. Parnes is the best ENT I have seen since relocating to Florida. Several years ago, I kept on developing annual ear infections that required antibiotic treatments. They would not clear up. Dr. Parnes cured my problem by ordering lab tests, identifying the problem, and treating me with the correct medication. None of the other doctors ordered lab tests to develop cultures to identify the infection that was growing in my middle ear. He now sees me annually for ENT and allergy issues which seem problematic for many due to high Florida humidity. He quite simply is the best around. I do not find his staff or availability an issue. He also treats my mother who wears hearing aides and has sinus issues. He is friendly and has a great manner and is highly recommended. He has always been spot on with every diagnosis and never, EVER recommends unnecessary labs or testing. my daughter suffering from pain and the attendant trying to rip me out more money... I had 5 visits, 2 wrong checks ... and today they decide to apply for other kind of visit in my healthcare and charge me $ 200 ( instead $10 copay )

Takes time and truly cares about his patients. Looks at the needs of the total person not just the problem explained.

Beware after Dr. Todd Parnes performed lower blepharoplasty I had several complications all as a result of a botched job! I was forced to find a doctor that would help me with reconstructive surgery. (Several would NOT take my case) I would give more detail with my 6 month struggle of my pain, suffering and financial hardship I would provide pictures BUT I know this "review" will be removed. I hope I can save just one person from the horror I suffered by posting this!

I was recommended to see Dr. Parnes but it was very convenient that although his schedule was booked I was able to see his partner Dr. Creamean right away. The staff is great.and Dr. Creamean was very helpful explaining what I had . I was impressed on how knowledgeable he was . I also wanted to thank his nurse who was so sweet and was by my side every step of the way.

Unbelievably greedy! Left a vague voicemail @5pm on a Friday afternoon when my daughters appointment was on a Monday she took off work to go there. Uncaring staff! I had an appointment and they said they tried to call me to tell me the doctor had to be in surgery so I had to reschedule. They did try to call but never left a message. They say they did. If the staff was a little bit nice about it I wouldn’t have mind but this girl showed no remorse.

After getting run around from dental specialists found the Dr. and his staff great after two wks of pain. He was through, compassionate, explained my whole problem to me. He gave me options and relieved my pain. Hes a keeper!

Most thorough and not in a hurry to get you out of his office. Gives you the time to discuss all your related issues. Have been seeing him for 8 years now and will continue. He has a great communication with you.

He fixed my issue when no one else could. He is incredibly compassionate and has an A+ staff. He returns calls even in the middle of the night himself--no answering service. I would recommend him to everyone!

I came to see Dr Parnes as a follow up for my rhinoplasty. I highly recommend Dr Parnes for his exceptional care and expertise. His staff is also very helpful and professional and a beautiful office. A relief so many bad experiences with doctors lately.

My daughter took off from work early to go to her appointment with Dr Parnes which was made over 2 weeks prior only to find out by the receptionist that they refuse to see her. They surprised her with a large deductible fee and refused any arrangements. My daughter is a singer and is in pain needing her vocal chords checked and they refused to see her. Unbelievably greedy and obviously not in it for care but for $$$ only!

He really listens to you when you have a problem and is no the type of dr. to just give a medicine and send you on your way. Office is super clean and the staff has been there forever--say a lot about the whole group

Successful surgery for my deviated septum. I feel much better. Thank you The only exception to this is that the office (Doctor Parnes) charges an office visit also for a POST OPERATION. Normally there should be at a minimum 2 POST Op visits without office charges. It has been my experience that all Post Op's FEES are always included in the after Operation/Surgery. Gave 4 Star due to the ADDITIONAL POST OP OFFICE VISIT CHARGES WHICH I DID NOT AGREE.

He was and is the only doctor that did something when everyone didn't know what to do and did not care that I was suffering. This doctor literally saved my life, he listens, I mean really listens and is very honest. He kept calling other doctors to get me in to see them sooner and to stress how severe and urgent my condition was. He is sympathetic, kind and has no problem explaining things like blood work or why certain tests need to be run which he would do - even if it was not related to "ENT" business. Amazing A++ and his office staff is amazing especially Randy who is always there for you. This place treats patients like people, not numbers. Had surgery with Dr Parnes two years ago for a deviated septum and to fix my crooked nose. 3 months after the surgery I could not feel my face. Dr Parnes would not respond to email or phone calls. After paying THOUSANDS for the surgery he would ONLY speak to me if I came into the office and pay the office fee. Two years later I call again as I simply can not breath. I can not feel the left side of my face. Same thing 2 years later- will only see me if I pay $250 office fee. UNETHICAL

The best ENT in south Florida !!

This visit was not helpful or informative. He was uninterested towards my issue and most of his responses were I don't know. I did not complain of any pain symptoms or ask for any prescriptions and he kept insisting he wasn't going to write any prescriptions.

Sifted through all the noise from previous practioners to get to the root of the problem. Looked at all the available data that other practioners didn't take the time to look at. Professional and thorough. Great staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Parnes and his hard working staff.

Dr Parnes is the best!! He is extremely knowledgeable compassionate and very understanding. He takes his time with you and makes sure you fully understand your problem. He does everything he can to do what is best for you before he has to do surgery. Dr Parnes I trust fully he is best!!!!!
