Dr Knapp is no longer at Oregon Medial Group in Springfield. He hasn’t been there for over a year. He now has an office on Country Club Rd in Eugene. My wife and I have been going to him for over ten years and think very highly of his compassion and abilities!!

Dr. Todd Knapp diagnosed a malignant melanoma on my cheek. As I tried to get answers to my many questions about this diagnosis and the subsequent scheduling of surgery and treatment, I was ultimately removed as a patient from his practice. I was told I was no longer a patient and his office could no longer treat me. I guess I was just a little too beligerant in trying to look out for my health. Dr. Knapp's manner, and the manner of his staff was rude, unsympathetic, unfeeling and offensive

Dr. Knapp used Mohs surgery on my husband Ken. Ken had squamous cancer on the top of his head. Our GP 1st put him on a steroid cream and then on antibiotics so for 2 months the cancer grew. Dr. Knapp took a sample of the growth and a couple of days later had Ken come in for the Mohs surgery. Dr. Knapp said there was a lot of cancer in the growth. It took a while to get all the cancer out and Ken has a large stitched area on his head. I feel that cancer needs immediate attention.

It is with sadness that I write this review--I'm sad because I moved out of the state & I dug deep to find a new dermatologist. Dr. Knapp is very capable, caring & he is a perfectionist. I have had several surgeries for skin cancer & I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The staff in Dr. Knapp's office all work in perfect harmony with him & they have the same care & compassion that the doctor has. The office itself is very warm & welcoming. I always felt like I was getting the best care.

I had skin cancer just below my right eye. Dr. Knapp not only got all of it through his precise procedure, I have NO scar!! He is amazing! Thanks, Doc!!!

He was totally condescending and impatient. Very rude and acted like I was wasting his time when I was concerned about a new growth I had.
