Incredible sensitive and caring attention to my needs...and the blood draw and x-ray results fewer than 3 hours after I left the office. Dr. G's follow up was most instructive and calming.

The website says - Accepting new patients and same day appointments. Anybody new like me would totally believe that, however the Doc is not available until December for new ppl.

He has been my doc for almost 20 years. Responsive, competent, no complaints.

Leaving a quick note on the excellent care I get from Dr. Gillingham. Highly recommended if you are looking for a PCP and he if he is accepting new patients.

Dr. Todd is one of the warmest and friendliest doctors we've ever had. Very grateful for him and his wise counsel.

Dr. Gillingham has ALWAYS made me feel comfortable, cared for, and I feel like he hears my concerns without judgement. He’s compassionate and kind, and never minds taking an extra minute or two when I have a subsequent question about an unrelated problem. My previous doctor used to roll her eyes and make me feel bad for that. His staff has also always been friendly and helpful. I don’t plan to change doctors anytime soon. He is one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. The other one was my former doctor Edward Clarke. Dr. Gillingham puts his patience's well being above everything else. My only hope is that he will be my primary care physician until the day I die. He is one of a kind. Great Doctor!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Gillingham for four years. His calm, attentive manner, combined with expert competence has earned my complete trust.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gillingham for more than 15 years. Even though I've moved further from his Office, I still make the drive to see him. Definitely would recommend him as a Primary Care Provider.

Any doctor that laughs when I bring up a serious concern, or tells me to "convince them" that I have a condition that I'm hoping to rule out... isn't any kind of doctor I will go to or recommend. I came here hoping to find out what was happening to my health, but instead I was condescended to and demeaned. Saw another doctor in another office and immediately was referred to neurology- as it turns out my symptoms are actually pretty serious. Don't go here if you want to actually receive care; that's my opinion. Every experience I have ever had with Todd has been one that left me feeling like more of a burden than an actual patient. I have seen him on and off for roughly seven years, and I certainly will not be going back. A few words to describe his demeanor would be judgmental, condescending and unaccommodating. By the way Todd, Friday isn't the weekend. You choose not to open your office on Fridays. But that doesn't make it "the weekend," as you would suggest. There are plenty of less pompous and more accommodating doctors around town. I am definitely happy to be transferring my care away from this office. Very kind and professional

Dr. Gillingham is down to earth, humble yet an expert in medicine and is never afraid to refer me to a specialist if need be. The staff is always kind and understanding.

The appointment was very easy to make. The staff greeted us warmly, confirmed a few details and immediately ushered us in for our appointment. A nurse took the vitals and Dr. Gillingham took care of the rest. It was a nice, relaxed visit. We also got some shots updated at the same time. The nurse did it and my son barely felt a thing. With a covid diagnosis, he gave zero guidance. Only wanted to know symptoms experienced. I have no idea when to go in for further care, if further care is ever needed.

I received an unsolicited phone call from Dr. Gillingham's office today checking in to see how I'm doing during the covid-19 health care crisis. This reaffirmed my decision to choose Dr. Gillingham as my primary care physician. I've been totally satisfied with the care I have received from him from being able to schedule same-day or next-day appointments to his attentive care while in the office. First-class medical care from a medical provider and his staff - so much better than going to a clinic where there is a multitude of providers and you just feel like a number being processed through the system. Throughout the last 6 years of care with Dr. Todd Gillingham I have felt like a person to him; not a number. He addresses all my questions with concern and rationales for his decisions. I have never feel rushed and always feel like both his staff and him truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone wanting a PCP that spends time and listens to the needs of their patients.

Doctor Gillingham is knowledgeable in traditional medicine and runs a well organized office. However, I needed his assistance and received none. I had consulted with him several times about my use of CBD for insomnia and anxiety. When my employer tested me and was about to fire me, I asked doctor Gillingham for a letter simply stating that we had discussed the subject. He refused. Fortunately, my former doctor in Texas was more caring and promptly write a letter which saved my job.

I have been a patient of Dr. G's for 17+ years. He is our FAMILY doctor. He knows his patients and takes that relationship into account when he sees us. He knows I down play things when it comes to myself and I am a worrisome mom to two teenage girls. He has always gone out of his way to take care of us. He never makes us feel rushed or silly. It is so refreshing. He is the definition of truly quality health care.

My family doctor for 15 years. Even though he is not my primary doctor anymore due to insurance, he and his office are still there in a pinch. Never met a doctor who cared so much about his patients.

The staff is great here, especially Wendy. She's always happy and never hesitates to answer questions I have. I believe she goes above and beyond her job duties and goes out of her way to help others in the office.

Everyone at Gillingham Family Practice is fabulous. They greet you by name when they see you and know who you are when you call in. You are not just a file here, you are a person. They quality of care is unparalleled. I would recommend them to anyone!

had a prescription issue, had to call this guy after hours (6 pm) , my pharm said when it was called in Dr gillingham did not specify the amount and upon calling him back he told me he was "SICK OF ME CALLING HIM' and hung up on me...

Dr. Gillingham is the absolute best doctor. I saw him as a kid and as a young adult and he has treated me for everything from a stuffy nose to major illnesses to diseases and never has he steered me wrong. He listens to everything I have to say and never once have I felt rushed or that he doesn't care. I would recommend Dr. Gillingham to anyone for any reason. He's amazing!

Our family is very fortunate to have Dr. Gillingham as our GP. His recommendations and diagnoses have been spot on every time for myself and (aging) parents. He and his staff are kind and communicate well. He's been able to deliver tough news with compassion and recommended specialists who are leaders in their field. SO glad he's our doctor. Dr Gillingham is in very detail for patient. More advanced level of medical test can be done on site instead of another appointment just for test.

I've been with Dr. Gillingham for 11 years now and he's the best GP that I've ever had. Dr. G knows his stuff, he puts you at ease and he really cares for his patients. Also, he has an awesome staff and an amazing RN on staff who really knows her stuff and is also kind and so easy to commute even the most embarrassing issues to (for us guys).
