Appointments prompt. Dr. E is thorough and explains well. The staff is also great.

This was an initial appointment as we just recently moved into the area. I couldn't have been more pleased. I felt that Dr Eichelberger was interested and very thorough. I did not feel that the appointment was rushed and am truly happy with my choice.

I’ve been to doctor appointments at other doctors offices where it seems you spend the day there. This office is completely different, very professional & courteous. They get you in within your appointment time plus the Drs there all take as much time with you as you need. You never feel rushed. Dr Eichelberger listens to what you have to say. I can not say enough about this office. Also any issues you can call or go on your personal patient portal to send a msg, see your appointments or see your lab results. Keep up the great work. This was an excellent visit during the Covid pandemic, so things were very different. You must wear a mask and maintain social distancing. Despite the added safety protocols, the entire office staff, nurses and doctor were friendly and professional. Dr. Todd listened to my concerns and had a great sense of humor. Family Care Specialists with Ocala Health is an outstanding physician office. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Eichelberger and his staff. From the receptionists to the assistants who took my blood pressure and temperature to the lab personnel, they were all 5 star quality (5 out of 5!). An Undiscovered Gem. You can still get an appointment, but hurry. I recently transferred to Dr. Eichelberger and I am extremely happy! Dr. E is calm, thoughtful, and a great listener. He does not jump to conclusions. I was having serious philosophical differences with my prior GP and it was causing a lot of stress in my life. A friend told me "why are you trying to fix something that is broken, it is time to move on". So began the online search to find a new provider. All of the Dr's with high ratings typically had a lot of gray hair (experience) and were no longer accepting new patients. I read Dr. E's Bio and I was impressed with his statements. Just what I was looking for, someone who would listen and would be open minded and not a zealot about PSA levels and biopsies. I can't imagine what my life would now be like if I had stayed in the tenuous situation with my prior Provider. Soon Dr. E will have many high ratings. I am off of 2 meds and feeling better. Less Stress. THANKS Dr. E.

Fantastic doctor. Having just recently moved into the area, I was unsure of what to expect, but couldn't have been happier. It was just like I had been going to see him for years. Very attentive and sincere.

Dr. Eichelberger was very personable and well mannered. He showed interest in me both as a patient and a person. I liked that he explained things clearly and simply. He listened to me and showed concern.He did a thorough exam and asked many questions. I was impressed with him.
