I didn't make it past the phone call with the receptionist. Very rude and impatient. I won't be calling back to do business there. Good customer service is crucial and it starts with the attitude during the phone call.

Dr. Gallawa was kind and patient with my precocious 6 year old. He explained exercises that we could do at home and suggested affordable inserts to help him with his flat feet and gait issues. I’ve had bad ingrown toenails for the past few years and have never been able to get them permanently removed yet due to infections but Dr. Gallawa has been the best podiatrist I’ve seen. I’ve already recommended my girlfriend and will definitely recommend others!

Had a black, swollen toenail and the hag receptionist said I couldn’t see Dr Gallawa. There were no changes to my insurance. She denied me an appointment with Dr Gallawa because I hadn’t seen him in three years.

Dr. Gallawa was courteous, professional, and absolutely awesome during his consultation with me. He provided me with solutions to help combat future occurrences and even said the best result would be if he never sees me again as that would mean I had a full recovery and was healthy--which is what all doctors should be going for! I can't recommend Dr. Gallawa enough! His office staff was great, too. No prejudging (they greeted me warmly when I arrived) and were all kind!

Dr Gallawa is an amazing doctor!!! He is very gentle and has great solutions for all of my various foot issues. I always leave feeling so much better. Don't be afraid to get a shot he somehow makes it painless. If you have any foot pain I highly recommend him. He's a true healer!!! Kimberly Merriam I'm so thankful I found him!!!
