I can never express the gratitude I have for Dr Han. My grandma's previous doctors would just keep prescribing medications but never addressed the root issue. Dr Han was the one who discovered my grandma's kidney cancer. She has managed my grandma's kidney cancer for 7 years and my grandma is now 94. Dr Han listens to you and your body. She doesn't just prescribe medication she tries to find out the root issue and address it. A lot of doctors do not communicate with their patients other doctors. They leave that responsibility to the patient but Dr Han makes sure she gets all medical information from other doctors to ensure her patients are taken care of. I recently found out Dr Han has been treating my mother in law for over a decade! I would never trust anyone besides Dr Han when it comes to kidneys especially with my most loved ones. I wish the world had more doctors like Dr Han.

Dr. Han. Has been caring for me for over 7 years. She is always on top of my condition. I feel comfortable with her professional and personal techniques. She always listens to my current health issues and never hesitate to make changes in my drug regimens.

Very knowledgeable and great "bed side" manner.

Very good Dr. Takes the time to explain everything. She is willing to answer any and all questions. Talks to the patient in a way that the patient understands. Highly recommended.

Dr. Han always is patient with all of my questions and takes the time to explain everything to me.

This was my quarterly visit with Dr. Han. I have been going to her for almost 14 years. She knows my case well and I am very confident in her care.

Doctor Han is both Professional and Personable. She knows her patients and their needs. For me she is flexible and works closely with other Doctors on my care team. You will be well cared for by Doctor Han.

Dr. Han and her team are great. Attentive, kind, and competent.

Dr. Han is very caring and compassionate. She makes “going to the doctor” a pleasant experience.

Quiet place. Not many people were in that day . I believe I was the only patient or maybe the last patient of the day. Two friendly receptionists took care of my business and got seen by the doctor fast enough. As usual Dr. Han was so warm and accommodating, asked me a few questions of how I’ve been feeling lately. She also explained to me the results of my recent lab and urine tests and answered my questions and concerns. And for the first time since I’ve been seeing her this pandemic time she touched me. Inspected my lower limbs for any swelling associated with any kidney problem and also took my vitals. All good or “beautiful” in her own words.

She is wonderful. She listens to your concerns. Always available if you need her.

Dr. Han actually listened and explained the physiology of my condition very well.

Doctor took her time, asked detailed questions about my long term medical history. She explained which of the blood tests meant something and more importantly which did not in my case. She told be at what level the blood tests would indicate that actions would have to be taken.

Virtual visit as follow up to hospitalization.

Dr. Han has been my nephrologist for the past 8 years and watches out for me. I like her very much and see her every six months.

Truly appreciate the care from Dr. Han. She took wonderful care of me.

This last experience was not good. Dr. Han was cranky – blaming me because Northwestern Medicine wasn’t looping her in for my labs. Tried showing them to her on Quest Diagnostics twice-monthly labs. I specified she be included; if she was not receiving them, I should have been informed – either when rescheduling my appointment at her request or confirming the appointment. I tried to forward recent labs, but the office WiFi/internet was down. I felt like I was thrown out of the office for bad behavior. After being solicited to buy an “extra care” program. Like an airline. (BTW, whenever I happen to be in Northwest Community Hospital, multiple NANI physicians appear out of nowhere to say, “Hi,” even if a nephrologist is not necessary. Thought it was friendly, until they billed $250 per hello.)

It was a television meeting. Dr Hann is wonderful. I have been a patient for over 10 years. She is very compassionate and truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her and her organization!

Dr. Han is knowledgeable, professional and has a great bedside manner. Dr. Han has been caring for my 80-year old dad for several years, and I have seen her interactions with him. My dad had a lot concerns about his kidney disease, and she was very patient, caring, respectful and explained everything in ways he can understand. He completely trusts her to provide the best care possible and consistently tells me she is the best doctor he has had in all his years.

Dr. Han is a gem of a doctor. She has great knowledge and is very easy to talk to. She spends the time to explain conditions and the best possible options.
