Dr. Tina Anne Boucher

I had to cancel a few times with Dr. Boucher due to Covid and a sick child who has a disorder in other instances and I called to make an appointment and was denied an appointment because I canceled. I understand if you are a no call no show, it is different story but this was not the case. Best of luck

Dr.Boucher did surgery on my husband. It was a surgery that was detrimental to his health and had to be done immediately. This woman knows her stuff. She had excellent bedside manner, she was compassionate and empathetic and made you comfortable. She helped with God , the other surgeons save his life and because of this she will be our lifetime doc.This surgery was done at New Britain General hospital on Nov. 20, 2021. I had an excellent experience at my first appointment at this practice. I was able to make an appointment quickly, the office staff was very friendly and efficient, and the doctor was pleasant and easy to talk to. I had a very short wait time and left with an appointment already made for a follow up. Highly recommended.

I am flabbergasted and astonished at the way this office runs. The doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional. She down talked and degraded me about having state insurance and going to the emergency room so many times due to my surgery. I only gave her one star because i had to put one, if not she wouldn’t even get that one from me. I suggest anyone looking for a doctor to go elsewhere. When it came to me having trouble with my feet and really not knowing what was wrong, especially cause I was in my 20's, I made an appt with Dr Boucher and I would never go anywhere else. I feel her care is thorough and she did everything she could to find out what was wrong with the amount of pain I was having. Since then I have broken both of my feet, toes here and there and she is always the best care my feet could receive. My husband sees Dr Boucher and my daughter will as well. Dr Tina is very energetic and polite. She has a wonderful team and all are very kind. I have been visiting this office for years and always co.e back to warm greetings. They make me feel comfortable and the treatments are very effective!

Dr. Boucher is great. She worked on my 13 year old son and his feet are so much better. He no longer complains of sore feet unless he's been running around all day. I would recommend her service to anyone. The staff makes you feel so welcome.

My Daughter (17 now) and I have been going to Dr. Boucher's office for the past 10 years. I have also brought family members and neighbors. I believe she is a Great Foot Doctor. I had lots of pain on my feet for years before I met her and now I can walk miles without pain. I sincerely recommend her to everyone.

This Doctor and Staff are very rude and inconsiderate. The Doctor works like she is doing piece work, running from one room to another. Keeps you waiting for 45 minutes in the patient room while running around. She can't cut nails, they are always jagged. when I was there she put the needle straight my big toe and she was mean to me because I was screaming because I was in pane. this was 4 or 5 years ago

Tina is all about money, doesnt take into consideration about family emergencies. She stopped seeing an 84 year old, that depends on a ride to get there, because she didn't make her appointments due to a ride or family emergencies.

My boyfriend saw her a couple of years ago for toe fungus. She gave him medication for it and his nails are back to normal. I sprained my foot and she was professional and knowledgeable and the staff was nice. I had no problems. I am kinda baffled by the bad reviews

Doctor is always in a rush, hurt me when she cut my nails on two separate visits and You talk to her and it’s like yea ahuh ahuh flys to next room has someone waiting in the other room flys back to you. She seems to over book and have you waiting 30 min -1h also got blood work across he steet and they claim to not get the blood work and never sent my prescription in and that’s the second time as well that they failed to send my prescription in on a separate occasion. Do NOT go to this doctor - she butchered my foot w a steroid injection and the next day I could hardly walk. I called to tell her of my pain and received no call back. I asked multiple times for a referral for PT and each time I was told " you have to come back for another appointment" Noooooooo i dont want to go back EVER - and STOP extorting me to make another appointment ! I would never recommend this doctor for anything not even a hangnail!! I brought my son in to see her for an in grown toenail. I let them know he has Autism with an anxiety disorder. I was reassured that she is great with special needs. The day of the procedure I reminder Dr. Boucher of his anxiety disorder. They gave him a shot of novacane in his toe, we waited for about 15 minutes and it did not take. They proceeded to give him a another shot of novacane and we waited about 20 minutes. Dr. Boucher came in and checked with tweezers and he was still able to feel it. She gave him a another shot of novacane proceeded with the procedure. Not waiting for the novacane to take effect she took a quarter inch wide instrument and shoved it down under the length of his nail. My son nearly went through a ceiling (yes metiforicaly but you get the point!) with pain! She them cut down the length of the nail and proceeded to just yank it out! Again my son almost went through the ceiling!!! My son and I were told by both the doctor and the medical assistant that he would not feel anything maybe a little bit of pressure but no pain at all!! They shove things under people's nails as a form of torture and this is what was done to my son! I feel being a doctor with knowledge she should have cancel the procedure when the novacane was not working and rescheduled with a mild sedative or something along those lines. I had no idea that was going to be done to my son or I would have shut it down!! Now my son feels he cannot trust any doctors! I have had to point out to him how many wonderful doctors he has had. I will not be bringing him back there for his follow up instead I will bring him elsewhere. I am sure his pediatrician would gladly do it for us. Great doctor

Amazing doctor. She is very caring and observant of her patients.

Dr. Boucher is very caring and an amazing Dr. Has taken care of my mom for various things and is always very thorough. I read other comments. She will not coddle people, and is honest and straightforward. I appreciate that not only in a Dr but in life. Who wants a Dr that tells you what you want to hear and not the truth?

Dr Boucher is professional, pragmatic and proficient. There are four seats in her waiting room and three are usually occupied. The longest I have waited was ten minutes. Her office staff is very pleasant.

Tina has been very professional with my foot care. She has explained to me the information I need to know prior to her taking care of my feet, in layman terms so I would be able to ask question I have. I agree her appointment time and wait time is long

Dr. was very rude and doesn't take the time to truly listen to patients concerns. I waited over an hour to see her and then she rushed me out of the exam room after 5 mins. Bad experience in many different ways and she brought no relief to my issues.

She's excellent. Super intelligent and quick. My only problem is that the waiting room is slow and you never go into your appointment on time. But, dr. Boucher is so helpful with foot related issues, I would recommend her to anyone. Just keep in mind, it's a slow office but worth it!
