Dr. Willingham is a very professional, competent, and knowledgeable physician. He listens to me, makes me a partner in my care, and has earned my trust....very important in a doctor-patient relationship. Staff is very professional, efficient, and responsive.

Dr. Willingham is very personable and thorough. He is easy to communicate with outside of your appointment, and asks all the right questions. Dr. Willingham is pretty laid-back and easygoing, so it's like talking with a friend instead of a doctor. Whenever I've had a question or problem, Dr. Willingham was able to solve it. His staff is also very professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Dr. Willingham..

He is a very good doctor and asks the best questions concerning my health. I feel very comfortable talking with Dr Willingham.

The staff was fast & courteous. The wait in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes, after blood-work, etc. The doctor came in to the exam room in 5 minutes. He listened to my history, asked questions and was very attentive to my concerns.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Willingham. My appt. was at 2:15 and I had no wait time. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Willingham greeted me with an introduction, handshake and smile! A plus-plus in my book. Being someone terrified of doctor visits he immediately made me feel at ease. I did not feel rushed and Dr. Willingham took the time to listen and answer all my questions and concerns.

After so many bad experiences with doctors I have been apprehensive to try new ones. Timothy is a great doctor! Understands, listens, and is supportive. I would recommend him to anyone.

First off, Dr. Willingham and the staff at their office Better Me are all very friendly, huge plus! Secondly, the ease of setting appts, even on short notice and the prompt response to any inquiries or messages left to schedule appts is stellar. Thirdly, I have yet to wait any longer than five minutes in both the lobby and exam rooms! Finally a doctor that respects others time. Love, love ,love this office and doctor! I would recommend to anyone who is firing their doctor to look this guy up.

I've spent years looking for a decent doctor in South Florida and I haven't had much luck. I've had some good experiences with Cleveland Clinic; however, the West Palm facility is difficult and getting an appointment takes forever. Dr. Willingham and this office as a whole, is different. Dr. Willingham listens closely, he has a great bedside manner, he's patient and caring. His office is clean, organized, fast and the staff are very helpful.
