** Terrible Experience!! First off nobody ever tells you on your initial visit if your copay is under $100 they only except cash. They make you leave the office and go to an ATM and come back. They only do certain procedures once a month which makes it difficult to schedule. Got a call out of nowhere about 10 days before my procedure with no heads up “Oh hey you have to pick up these papers by 3:30 today the same day”. Then when I did get in there to get the papers they tell me my procedure is a totally different time then they originally scheduled with me. Least to say I cancelled everything on the spot and asked for a refund. I thought the doctor was very personable when I first met him but he needs to revaluate his staff. ** Terrible Experience!! I was seeing Dr.Weyrich before Covid. I needed to have some issues addressed so I made an appointment. I told them I was medically exempt from wearing a mask. I have very high BP and will pass out in about a minute. I was told this was no problem. About 2 weeks later, 2 hours before my appt. I get a call that my appt. had been cancelled. No reason why or who cancelled it. "We don't have those records" was the only answer I could get. I pressed them for an answer and was hung up on. At no time was I rude or vulgar. I rearranged my schedule for them so naturally I was a bit annoyed. The problem is not so much with Dr. Weyrich but his staff. I have had these issues before. I had constant problems with my prescription before. When I tried calling his office to get it resolved I was ignored or dismissed out of hand. If there was a board I could file a complaint with, I would. I will never go near his office again and I strongly urge everyone to do the same. I was seeing Dr.Weyrich before Covid. Did my vasectomy. Great bedside manner. Held conversation during the whole procedure . Had me in and out in what seemed like 15 min.

Pleasant and easy to discuss your concerns, takes his time and doesn't rush you in and out. Relaxing Doctor appointment

Would not recommend Dr. Weyrich. He did a Turp procedure on me only after my family doctor found from a scan. I was hospitalized for 2 wks. Had a blood transfusion. Now have dry orgasms and leak!!

Dr. Weyrich is very personable and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Avoid this urologist at all costs. He did what should have been a routine TURP on me. Presurgical testing identified a UTI the week before surgery, but he did not treat it, even though it was in the area that he was going to cut through to get to the prostate. Just prior to surgery he gave a single dose of wide spectrum antibiotics, which are known not to be effective against this type of bacteria (standard treatment is ampicillin). He gave me no antibiotics after surgery, and I developed an infection in my bloodstream which then went into my heart. . I spent 6 weeks on IV antibiotics, most of them in a nursing home. I also had so much bleeding during and after surgery that I needed a transfusion, and also suffered a very low blood pressure event right after surgery. My kidneys, which were healthy prior to the surgery, are now permanently damaged and I have Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease. I was a healthy guy except for the prostate before he operated on me.

I'm sorry I just read the reviews .it looks like I won't be coming .in. Slow .no credit cards .rude. I usually don't always trust reviews but these seem to important to ignore .

This place is so slow. Won’t bill you. Won’t take debit cards for amounts less than $100.

I personally like the Dr. but his receptionist has got to go. She comes across as the sweet, grandmotherly type but in reality she is very rude. She feel she needs to be the office hall monitor.

Dr. diagnosed the malady, scheduled the surgery. Removed a tumor from my bladder. Did biopsy, malignant and scheduled treatment. Quick, concise and accurate. Explained the situation completely and answered any questions, concerns I had. Could not ask for anything better, except for the tumor to have been benign.

I went to Dr. Weyrich for years. I missed an appointment that I had made a year in advance because I failed to transfer it to my new calendar. I had never missed or even been late for an appointment before. They called me the day before the appointment but I didn't get it until the next day at the time I should have been there. I realize it was my responsibility to make the appointment on my own but given the circumstances I feel, the $25 no show fee should have been waived.

Terrible! I just went into the office to drop off a payment (they do not take credit cards on smaller amounts) and the woman at the desk made me sign in as a patient and await my turn among the other patients. The other employees are no much better! I have never seen an office run so badly!!!!

I’ve been a patient for over ten years. The quality of service has gone down hill. I like doctor Weyrich and I believe him to be a competent doctor. The office staff used to be to friendly and professional. The last three visits I had to wait a long time just to check in and an hour to get called to an exam room. They don’t accept credit cards and my fsa doesn’t accept their receipts so getting reimbursed is not easy. They have limited hours which makes it very difficult if you work. I was less than five minutes late and the receptionist made a point to announce my name and that I was late. Then she continued to scold me telling me that if it happened again they would send me away. There was an accident near Carnegie which did cause me to be late but they didn’t handle it correctly. Very patient. Allows you plenty of time to ask questions. He answers questions in a non clinical way which makes it easier to comprehend.

I would never recommend Dr Weyrich to anyone. He did not inform my father of his elevated PSA until it had surpassed the point of treatment. It then spread to his spine and now other bones. Despite treatment he is in terri ble pain and can no longer walk on his own!! Stay away!!

The woman at the front desk is the most offensive, mean, nasty, off putting staff person I have ever dealt with in my life. She is so off putting I almost left before I even saw the dr.

Dr. Weyrich is personable and very pleasant. I cannot say the same for his "gate keeper". The woman at the front desk is the most officious and unpleasant person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. As of this morning's session with her, I walked out and am in the process of finding another doctor.
