Very pleased with my experience. Adjustments are very specific and are actually treating the problem. The laser treatments can best be described as a pain eraser. Excellent work from excellent people!

I've been going to Lakeside Chiropractic for a number of years now and have the utmost respect for Timothy Vyrostek and his wife Kathryn. With regular treatments from Tim my body was brought back into balance and alignment. I can space my appointments further apart now. When I found out that Kathryn was doing Laser Healing Treatments I thought that it might compliment my adjustments with Tim and decided to give it a go. Kathryn's Laser treatment blew me away, it was like the icing on the cake! My health and well being improved dramatically. Laser healing was exactly what I needed to move forward physically. 25+ years I have seen Chiropractors. Dr Vyrostek has been the best I have ever seen and very knowledgeable in the field. He is caring about your health as well as your chiropractic treatment. He has many treatment options from traditional, computer aided and laser. I would recommend him overall, including his staff

After going to another chiropractic practice with minimal relief for a month, a friend recommended Dr. Tim. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, I felt like I was amongst friends. Dr. Tim explained everything he was doing and the reason behind. I have been coming to Dr. Tim's for years. He has helped me tremendously with neck, back, and shoulder pain. This office is very friendly, thorough and up to date with the latest technology. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Tim helped my daughter recover after she injured her hip. She came to him on crutches not being able to put any pressure on her leg. She was off crutches after just two treatments. Him and his staff truly care about their patients!!

I was referred by a co-worker, I then became a patient and we both referred another co-worker and we have all had wonderful results. I became so tired of the break and fix routine with other offices. Dr Tim was able to get me back in shape, then afterwards we discussed a maintenance plan with zero pressure from him. Its not often you can sit with a medical professional and have a truly two sided conversation and he LISTENS. I do not have a sedate life style and its very demanding on my body at times. To be able to sit and explain and have him listen intently and answer all my questions was amazing. His wife and office staff are amazing as well!! Dr. Tim and his staff are the utmost professionals and their level of care is so above and beyond good. I can not believe how much progress I have made in my health with Dr. Tim’s guidance and knowledge. I truly feel Extremely better.. I used to think going to the chiropractor was a waste of time and money,until I hurt my lower back & couldn't sit without pain & couldn't out of bed without a few tears .. oh my goodness I'm a new person .. They all are very professional & kind ❤

Dr Tim has almost eliminated my migraines. He can feel my back and tell me where I’m hurting with out even saying anything, and he’s always spot on! The staff there is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Lakeside Chiropractic for the last 8+ years. My job is very tough physically on the body. Dr. Tim and his staff always do a great job in adjusting me where needed. I know I can always count on great professional service. Im always thankful for the help in keeping me in working order!

Doc Tim and the staff are the absolute best! They're all so inviting, friendly, have the greatest sense of humor and really care about their patients. When I leave their office I always feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. .. wouldn't go anywhere else! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐????????

The professionalism and care that Dr. Tim, Katherine, and the Lakeside Chiropractic staff provide is second to none! I have been a patient for several years and the wear and tear on my body as a result of my occupation has created a few reoccurring issues that regularly interfere with my daily quality of living. If it were not for Lakeside Chiropractic's care and help alleviating my discomfort, I could not continue to perform like I do year after year. Dr. Tim has always been so knowledgeable and passionate about my wellness and very attentive to my chronic issues. He has helped me to recognize bad habits and how to take steps on my own to correct them throughout my day. Dr. Tim and Kathryn are the best! They are super friendly and truly care about their patients as people. They both have great senses of humor and really get to know their patients, so going to Lakeside Chiropractic is a very comfortable experience. Dr. Tim is extremely knowledgeable in many different techniques and is always willing to take extra time to figure out what the problem is. I thought I'd sprained my ankle once, and he took a look at it... It turned out that my heel was jammed... Who knew your heel bones could get jammed together and make your ankle hurt?! Well, Dr. Tim did! I started going to Dr. Tim when I moved here 14 years ago and basically randomly chose him from two or three doctors who were suggested to me... And I'm so glad I did!
