Dr. Timothy Alexander Tolson

Dr. Tolson is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time to help his patients and shares very helpful information in a way that is easy for children and adults to understand. They were able to get us in last minute and the receptionist helped when the pharmacy made a mistake with the medicine my daughter needed.

I’ve suffered from year round allergies my whole life and Dr. T. Has been a lifesaver! I love how he isn’t afraid to “think outside the box” when a traditional treatment hasn't worked like we had hoped. He’s also great with the creative problem solving! I know it’s a bit selfish, but I kinda hope he never retires lol.

Dr. Tolson and his nurses are so incredible! They actually LISTEN and take the time to explain things. My kids are actually excited to go see Dr. Tolson because he doesn't talk AROUND them, he talks TO them. If you need an asthma and allergy doctor, he is the only one I'd recommend.

Dr. Tolson is one of the best doctors that I have been to. He has a wonderful personality and his exams are very thorough. Not only have we gotten my seasonal allergies under control but also food sensitivities. He has a wealth of knowledge not only in his field of allergy and immunology but about all the systems and how they interact. I would go to him for everything if I could. He explains thing on a level that is easy to understand and makes sure you are comfortable with it before leaving.

I see Dr. Tolson at the beach office, first specialist I saw after moving to Hatteras Island from south Jersey...very professional, easy to talk to, shares information other than allergy recommendations...I look forward to this appointment every year!

I have been a patient of Dr Tolson for about 8 years. Dr Tolson is very knowledgeable and professional. He keeps up to date with the latest medical procedures and medicines. His examinations are thorough, and his demeanor most courteous and pleasant. Dr Tolson listens intently and makes every effort to find a medical solution tailored to my particular medical needs. Dr Tolson is an exceptionally talented physician, in my opinion. I highly recommend him. I am one of his 75 year old "kids".
