He is an excellent doctor, is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took very good care of my wife. The staff and physician exceeded our expectations. Always kind and helpful.

He a great doctor. Over the past year, he has saved my foot. With great care and stem cell surgery, I've got a great opportunity to save my foot. He goes above and beyond to treat his patients.

I put in my resume at this office and dr stremmels wife called my current office manager because they are friends and told her i was looking for another job. I called and left a message for them to call me to make an appointment. I gave them several weeks to call. When they didn't, I called back. The woman I talked to, I'm assuming was his wife, was obnoxious, rude and snarky. She even laughed at me for some reason when I said I had weakness on the left side of my body, foot, leg, knee. I explained my sister had had a similar ailment in her foot and he gave her shots in her nerve and it was better. I left a message in September, and this was October. She said I would be on a waiting list, and couldn't get in till after the first of the year. She said the doctor would access my case and get back to me. I asked to be called if there were any cancellations bc I was in a lot of pain. I called the next week to ask if there were any cancellations. There were none. This same woman was rude and snarky. The next week I get a call and they said the doctor accessed the case and said I'd have to go to an orthopedic doctor. How do you access a case without seeing the patient? Based on Ms. Snarky's ignorance? The staff calling did not offer to refer or call and make me an appointment or anything. So I've been in pain since September and this premadonna won't see me. Imagine that: foot doctor refuses to see a person with foot problem that their sister was treated by him for a similar issue. Pure incompetence. Probably because I have Medicare and he won't get paid as much. How rude. What jerks. Don't waste your time on this doctor or his rude, snarky staff!! Staff is very rude. I called to make an appointment and before she even asked if I was a patient...she told me that he was not seeing any new patients and he was booked through February. I happen to be a patient of his BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!

Best foot Dr in all of Alabama..

Dr Stremmel fixed both my feet that were nothing but painful to walk on. He did an amazing job! It took 2 surgeries, one on each foot and about a year and a half after surgery and with therapy to recover. It was a long recovery time but I am very proud now of the outcome. They look good but more important they don't hurt anymore walking in shoes. I would recommend Dr. Stremmel in Anniston for feet problems. He is very knowledgeable and very good at explaining too.
