Dr. Timothy John Smith

My first & only appointment with Timothy Smith was today @10AM on Saturday June 27, 2020. Mr Smith completed my whole eye exam but refused to give me my prescription without me buying the frames through him. His secretary claims they cancelled everything & didn’t charge my insurance but they had already wasted my time. She said that due to the complexity of my prescription they felt that only the person I’m purchasing my frames from should be the ones responsible for the prescription. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for years. He has taken very good care of my eyes and met my frame needs. I even got money back when I had to get a replacement frame while under warrenty. Great friendly staff as well.

Not too fancy but professional!

I recently moved to the area and needed to find an eye doctor as my previous contact prescription was about to expire. I didn't want to go to a national chain and choose Dr Smith just by doing a Google search for the Liberty area. I'm glad I did, Dr Smith and his staff are outstanding. His practice has been around 30+ years and although they may not use some of the high tech devices these other places use, he takes the time with each patient to ensure any concerns are addressed and provides top notch service.
