Dr. Timothy Edward Schneider

I love seeing Dr Schneider he’s very compassionate and easy to talk to. Unfortunately I missed my appointment 3 weeks ago and I called to reschedule 4 separate days left a full message and have never received a call back. When I got through initially to schedule my first appointment that I kept the receptionist was a bit rude and I just attributed it to maybe she’s having a bad day. When I went to check out and schedule my next appointment again she was rude and a bit short with me. When my follow up appointment came my daughter came home from school early because she was sick. I call the office to say I wouldn’t be making it and no answer so I leave a message with my details and this information. I wait 2 days for a call back I don’t receive one so I call again leave another message. I did this 2 more times for a total of four voicemail messages I left with no call back. I work full time and have two children. I cannot sit on my phone all day calling and calling. If you leave a message with a mental health care provider asking to schedule an appointment you should receive a call back let alone four separate messages spread over 2 weeks. I’ve left messages in the past for family members on the emergency line and also never received a call back. I spoke with a family member about this office and they feel the same as I do about the office. The doctor is great again very compassionate, easy to talk to and you can really feel that he genuinely cares. The receptionist however is the complete opposite from my experiences to my family member’s who regular has gone there for years she needs an attitude change some customer service training or even maybe just a new receptionist. I would highly recommend Dr. Schneider, caring, compassionate, special doctor. Great man!
