This is my 2nd time going to this practice. I see Luellen Greenlick she is absolutely professional, polite and friendly as is the assistant Maryann. Everyone in this office is phenomenal, they are all helpful & professional. I can’t say enough about how they always are on point with their diagnoses & they prescribe the correct Rx to fix whatever problem you may have.I also need to add that staff calls to let you know they’ve put in your Rx & call to follow up to see how you’re doing & feeling. I would recommend their practice to all my family & friends. ???????? ⭐️

Wonderful experience with Dr Sauter. He was very attentive and very supportive. At 38 weeks he performed an ECV. Baby flipped successfully. Dr Sauter made the process feel so easy. Healthy baby boy was born at 40 weeks and a day.

They put me on hold THREE times! I will not try & be their patient.. Their office was recommended.. not worth the time.. Take my $$ elsewhere

They do not allow anyone in the waiting room and force the "driver" for a procedure to sit in 110 degree weather outside. This is human abuse. What is wrong with people? Why do they not get it?

Love Dr. Sauter and Rachel. However, their office staff is horrible. I know we are patients and not technically customers, but worst customer service ever. They take no initiative to handle calls efficiently. I have called twice to check in on my results that they should have received over a week ago. I get they are on a new system but they need to mitigate the issues and ppl shouldn’t be left hanging. I have managed calls before in my own career and new system issues, you create a call log and get back to those people as things start clearing up. Wouldn't go to anyone else...CANNOT describe the true compassionate care we have experienced with Dr. Sauter throughout our pregnancies. Everyone I know goes to him. He is well respected among healthcare professionals.

I have been a patient at Dr.Sauter’s office for 8 years and I love this office and the staff! Dr.Sauter and APRN Mee Han have an excellent bedside manner and truly care for their patients.

Although he isn’t my doctor, he was the one to deliver my baby. I was in labor for 27 hours, the reason being, he wanted to give my body a chance to deliver vaginally. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do so. I was terrified to have a c-section. He comforted me and made me feel safe. I was still afraid but felt better knowing he was the one performing the surgery. He is an exceptional doctor and really cares for the women he is treating. Also my scar is low, small, and looks great!

Never return phone calls or emails

Dr Sauter is a great OB. Very good at his job and respectful of your birthing choices.

Very professional, dependable and honest doctor. Ten years ago I went to see an OB-GYN doctor to remove my IUD and he told me I need a surgery to take it out. Not convinced what he told I went to Dr. Tim Sauter and in less than 5 minutes he took my IUD out without surgery. I’m very grateful and fortunate to have him as my doctor for life. Thank you ! I’ve been with Dr Sauter for about 13 years. He takes the time to explain things to me and answer all my question.

Honestly the people that work here aren’t bad, it’s the service. I moved from a different state, I looked around and read a lot of reviews before choosing a OBGYN and the minute I found this one, I had my previous OBGYN move my medical records to them. They didn’t have them and honestly i felt so rushed. Just cause they didn’t have my medical records and they had to go just by word of mouth, the thing they could have done for me more than anything is give me an ultrasound to make sure I was okay. The nurse said since they don’t have my medical records they can’t do anything except just talk. That’s BS! It had been 5 weeks since my first appointment and they didn’t even act like they cared to check to make sure I was doing okay or if my baby was doing okay even at 12 weeks pregnant. Something like that doesn’t sit well with me. I didn’t even meet the OBGYN, i met a nurse and no disrespect for the nurse but you aren’t the one deliverying my baby i want the person who is going to be in that delievering room and make sure i feel comfortable with them. I’m sorry, i know other people have different views of this place and I’m just saying my experience but this is not the place for me. I didn’t feel welcomed, medical records or not, I’m carrying my child and I want to know at all times if it is doing okay and I’m okay. This is not the place for me. Doctor Sauter was terrible. I always felt rushed during my visits. When I was in labor he never visited my room until it was time to give birth. This was my second child and it was a horrible experience. He never told me to breathe, only to keep pushing which I did and managed to give birth in one push because of the epideral. As soon as my son came out Doctor Sauter left and never came back to check on me again. I had to stay in the hospital for 4 days because I had a high fever. He never once pushed on my uterus and cervix to make sure everything was normal after. Horrible doctor. Don't go to him. Doctor Sauter was terrible. I always felt rushed during my visits. Been going to Dr Sauter. He is the best in Las Vegas. The office staff is also wonderful. You won't find a better MD.

I've been going to Dr sauter for over 15 years he has the best bedside manner He truely cares for ur well being and the ur care I wouldn't trust any other doctor I always know im in good hands

He delivered my first son and I wouldn't consider having anyone else take care of me for my second. He's smart, professional, and everything you'd want in a doctor. Grateful I found him.

Dr. Sauter delivered all 3 of my babies. I started going to him was I was a teenager. He's the best doctor and if I ever have any more kids no matter where I'm at I will be making that trip right to him. The staff was amazing as well. My favorite doctor of all times!

Dr Sauter and his staff are very professional and helpful. He delivered my 1st child and will again for my second. He is very laid back and easy to talk to if u have any concerns. I highly recommend him and Legacy Women's Health.

Great Obgyn place. They have routine check on baby and regular tests to follow up on baby's progress. Staff are courteous and professional. Have back ups in place. Dr. Sauter is both calm and professional.

Excellent. I've had my two children delivered safe and sound. Appts are on time, I rarely have to wait long if at all. Office runs smoothly and he listens and treats patients well.

This practice failed to check me properly for an ectopic pregnancy after a supposed miscarriage and they didn't call me regarding my high HCG lab results in a timely manner, so I ended almost bleeding to death internally. I lost 60% of my blood into my abdomen due to a ruptured fallopian tube and was given and emergency blood transfusion and rushed to surgery, where I lost my fallopian tube. The baby was an inch and a half long and should've been clearly visible in my trans-vaginal ultrasound.

The scheduling staff are lazy and do not care!!

Dr Sauter took me on mid-pregnancy and I'm so thankful I switched to him. Dr Sauter is very patient, will answer millions of questions and helped me feel at ease throughout my first pregnancy. I had difficult labor and delivery and I'm so thankful he was there to deliver my baby.
