Started with Dr Sandell 13 years ago. Best doctor. Caring, listens isn't in a hurry. Trys to find the best treatment. I have now moved to Florida. And still haven't found a doctor. Ones trying to charge me 500.00 . Not feeling real well. No meds. Wished I would have never moved. Best office staff. I would definitely recommend him.

I went here for a couple years. They were fantastic. Dr. Sandell was very helpful and got my pain under control. I definitely recommend.

Dr. Sandell and Jamie Case along with there staff are incredible team!! I have been going to them for many years to help with my chronic pain. They will not stop until they can find what helps. The whole staff meet's you with smile's and that alone can put a smile on my face.

Excellent knowledge and compassion

Dr. Sandell did my spine injections today. He was extremely friendly, and explained everything before the procedure, and told me step by step what he was doing during the procedure. He and his staff did everything they could to keep me as comfortable as I could be. For the first time in months I actually feel a little better. Thank you!

Great doctor. Explained everything and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Very professional and caring.

My first experience was one of a caring and knowledgeable doctor. He evaluated me carefully before giving me a treatment plan. Front desk is friendly and professional. After several visits, I’m confident that I have found a great doctor that takes care of my needs.

Dr. Roberts is treating me for ARMD. He is very friendly and through. Answers all of my questions in a manner I can understand.

The front office staff was rude and unhelpful. It took them 3 weeks to receive my referral and check my insurance after I called several times. They called to indicate 'they didn't take my insurance,' which turned out to be incorrect - they take United - they just 'didn't want to deal with my out of state United insurance.' I guess they can cherry pick their patients. We will take your insurance, but you will have to pay if it's difficult for us to get reimbursed." I am happy to go elsewhere

Terrible Doctor,long waits, terrible customer service, they get absolutely nothing done for you, known to hire alcoholics, do not go here!!!

Being new to spinal pain was not fun however, when I was referred to Dr. Sandell I found him to be kind, listened and took his time with me prior to an epidural injection. It was refreshing to meet a Dr. who takes his time to let you know each step of the procedure. He is very good at his job! No pain during the process and talked me through it the entire time. Was told to have my mom at her appt at 630 so we get there on time only to find the doors locked and no one there, called the night number spoke to Erica who told us that someone should have been here to let us in, that didn't happen either. Dr Sandell has been treating me for the past 3 years for lower back pain due to arthritis. He is a true, caring professional and is an expert in relieving my pain with injections into the affected areas of my back. I have increased mobility, and I am able to do yard work and landscaping work again. I even got my old golf swing back! Thank you, Dr Sandell. I can't even begin to explain how wonderful Dr Sandell and his staff at the Audubon surgery center are!!! I have been there a few times for injections and every time I am there it is always the same smiling, wonderful staff. Very professional and very personable. I love that Dr Sandell takes the time to answer any questions I might have, and it's usually a few. I highly recommend Dr Sandell at the pain center as well as his wonderful staff!
