Dr. Ragsdale is an incredible surgeon! He answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. He is not only great at his job but he is a very kind doctor. I can't say enough about him!!

I had an issue with my thyroid. Walking in to Dr. Ragsdale’s office, I was extremely worried. Dr. Ragsdale explained everything so I could understand and explained in detail all the positive and possible negative outcomes. He completely eased my mind and scheduled my surgery very quickly. I am very impressed with Dr. Ragsdale and his staff. He is very professional and a very good human being. I definitely will recommend him to anyone needing a ENT doctor. Dr Ragsdale has a very good bed side manner and seems to be very knowledge, I really liked dealing with him..... However his support staff is horrible. 2 weeks after a doctors visit they finally turned in a prescription that the DR ordered and I have been waiting for a week to have a call back to set another appointment. due to sub adequate staff. I am going somewhere else

Was referred to Dr. Ragsdale from another Specialist in the same bldg. Dr. Ragsdale may /may not be the best doctor on the planet in his specialty but he and I will never know. He has the same problem that many other doctors have: "poor office support staff". My initial appt was scheduled out about a month and a half. I didn't like it then but decided to accept. A week before that first appt I received a voice mail instructing me to contact the office to re-schedule for another appt. The person who answered my call could not/would not elaborate on the reason for the appt cancellation and advised that the next available appt would not be until another month and a half. When asked if this was acceptable, I said "hell no". This person said that it was not her fault and that I didn't need to curse. A few seconds later I realized that she had hung up. Support staff obviously do not recognize that waiting on an appt for 2/3 months is unacceptable but also bad for business.

Dr. Ragsdale was gracious to make a space for us to see him for my son's ear infection that had caused excruciating pain the night before. I appreciate him working us in, knowing that it might make him a bit behind with others. We are so grateful.

Terrible! Kept transferring me, finally I hung up frustrated. Just wanted to make an appointment.

I have been under Dr. Ragsdale's care for a few years. He is thorough, thoughtful, and caring and he earns my highest recommendation.

I had seen Dr. Ragsdale occasionally for several years. When I learned that his office did allergy testing, I knew he was a treasure. I had been seeing a primary care who just kept giving me steroids and antibiotics for sinus infections and bronchitis. He kept telling me that "if it got bad enough", he would refer me for allergy testing. When that did not happen, I changed primary care doctors. I did not know where to go for help because the only allergist in this immediate area refuses to take Medicare. I 'd had allergy testing decades ago at an allergist's and results then were "not much". When Dr. Ragsdale retested me in September of 2017, I got a much different result. Now I am allergic to "just about everything". I started the allergy shots at that time and have been sick only once since. Dr Ragsdale tested me (again) for mountain cedar and I tested positive. The mountain cedar "stuff" was added to my serum last December. It is now that time of year and so far, I haven't had any reaction to it. His office staff on the allergy side is just as professional as the staff in his clinic. The one thing I don't like is that Dr. Ragsdale is in the Bedford office only two days a week. My sinus was very messed for many years. I had polyps and congestion. Usually could only barely breath through one side of my nose. My surgery was two hours. Some soreness and congestion the following week. Today he took out he stents from surgery and for the first time in many years I could breath. This is so wonderful after being stopped up for years. I was referred to Dr. Ragsdale by my PCP for outpatient surgery related to my sinuses. I'm very happy with the process and the result. Dr. Ragsdale's practice and the hospital were both very professional and the medical care was top notch. The surgery went really well and my quality of life has been markedly improved.

My son flew in from college in San Marcos on 12-15-17. We were running a few minutes late so I had my son call to advise them...We were 5 mins late at that time and less than 10 minutes away.. They advised us we were to late for the appointment and could not be seen. Go somewhere else, go somewhere the staff and Dr.s will care for you or your children. I urge you not to choose Texas Ear Nose and Throat Specialists in Bedford, Grapevine, or Euless, Tx. and any where else Dr. Timothy Ragsdale practices. New patient with Dr. Ragsdale. My wait time was minimal. The office staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Ragsdale was very caring and helped me tremendously.

I went to Dr Ragedale after many years of nose being stopped up and being kept up at night and lack of sleep. After surgery to my nose i am able to sleep and it has made my life completely different in a great way .i had very little discomfort or pain at all . I would recommend him to anybody suffering nose or sinus problems, he is considered a saint around my house as i don’t snore anymore either !

Dr. Ragsdale and all of his staff are extremely professional and helpful. Dr. Ragsdale performed a total thyroidectomy on me and I had no problems. His office staff are the most organized medical staff I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Dr. Ragsdale and am so glad he performed my surgery and I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Ragsdale removed my thyroid he didn't a great job. Highly recommend him. Can't tell I had surgery.
