Dr. Timothy A Queen

I had my first appointment with Dr Queen two days ago. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, but I did not get into his office until after 5:30. I also left the office not knowing what my treatment plan was, mainly because Dr Queen doesn't know how to explain things to people. He speaks to impress, rather than explaining so that you understand what he is talking about. I also made some small talk with Dr Queen about the school shootings in Texas, and he "corrected" me when I used the term ""assault rifles". We can have a difference of opinion, but it amazes me when people see nothing wrong with children being murdered because an 18 year old was legally sold an assault rifle. My whole family now sees Dr. Queen because of the treatment I have received from him. He not only provided to most comprehensive allergy testing, but is truly interested in positive results. My wife and son both exclaimed to me what I already knew and appreciated; He is actually excited about what he does and spends plenty of time explaining exactly what he thinks about the situation and his plans for making it better. He is not just an allergist either. Both my wife and I have a deviated septum and other sinus issues that he will be fixing and my son had to have ear drum surgery.

Whether the visit has been for me or anyone in my family, Dr. Queen always listens, offers various treatment options and takes the very best care of us. His team is very friendly and efficient as well. As an RN myself who understands how busy offices can be, the personalized care means so much! Thank you!!

Dr. Queen is the best doctor I have had in my adult life!! He is the ONLY doctor that listens to me and is extremely professional and actually "listens" to his patients. He answers all my questions honestly and doesn't rushes me out of the room. He has gone above and beyond and have tested me for conditions I thought I could have which I've been asking from other doctors for almost a year now. I waited 45 minutes past the appointment time and by the time we were seen the whole thing was over in five minutes. Felt very rushed.

Dr Queen and his staff are great

I was really impressed with the staff and Dr Queen is kind and very knowledgeable. He is very experienced in what he does. I will definitely be coming back to see him again.

Did a great job with surgery for my daughter. He and his staff are friendly. However, every time we have gone for appointments we have had to wait at least an hour after hour appointment time to see the doctor.

Amazing experience. Dr. Queen is an amazing doctor. The other staff are extremely nice. The office is beautiful, ive never seen a doctors office that look that good.

I enjoy visiting the office. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Queen and his assistance take time to answer any questions you may have. I feel very comfortable there.

Very happy with Dr. Queen. We saw him for my then 3 year old. He could barely breathe his tonsils were so big and adnoids were 80 percent blocked. He removed both and the surgery was done greatly! No infection and he healed nicely. Now he can breath. He cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He has a nice office with a coffee machine, water, etc for the patients. We are now doing allergy testing soon. His office staff and nurses are top notch. He always gives my son toys from the toy chest, which is a big hit. Terrible ... terrible bedside manners ... insist on surgery constantly..no matter what ...

Very knowledgeable, great staff, but doctor tends to push for surgery way too much. In two appointments with the doctor, both times he insisted on surgery. Got a second opinion and working on a treatment plan instead of going into surgery. Feel like was seen as some quick cash instead of a patient. He appeared mad that I was refusing the quick surgery he kept pushing for.

Dr Queen has always been so amazing with my family. I recommend him all the time and I would never go anywhere else. His office is clean, he gives toys to the kids, snacks and drinks, and he really does a great job to make his office feel so welcoming.

This doctor is top notch and so is his staff. I got in and everything was explained and other procedures were scheduled right on the spot, I walked out with a portfolio of my visitation and my appointments. First time ever that I have been treated like a king. Really!

Great experience with Dr. Queen. He took his time, went above and beyond, and his staff was great! He recommended I have nasal surgery and he was right . Dr. Queen did my surgery and he was awesome. There was no pain at anytime and now I can breath so much better which leads to much better sleep . Thank you Dr Queen and definitely will recommend him .

Came for an appt. Was not seen for over 2 hours. Did not address the medical issue. I was not interested in the OTC or prescription meds. I wanted to talk about testing to find root causes. Received bill for multiple" treatments" that never took place. Fought with office for over 3 years. Biggest joke on the peninsula. Didn't realize my child was referred their via Tricare today. Spouse took them. Medical issue was not address. and the answer was... I don't know, the tests don't matter, and I don't know... So basically I'm hearing from allergy drs here. " IM collecting you money to get referred here. IM collecting a referral. and I either don't know or want to do my job so... my the snot be with you. POS office. Came for an appt. This business is AMAZING!!!! I take my son here and I love it. It is always clean and they treat you with so much respect. I will always come here.

Every appointment I've had I wait to wait 45+ minutes, was never once warned by office staff that this is the norm here. When you finally see Dr. Queen he rushes and talks so fast you don't even catch half of what he says. As a prior reviewer wrote, he recommended I have nasal surgery when I came in for a totally unrelated issue. He insissted I don't breathe well through my nose but that I just don't notice it. I assured him I breathe fine.

After spending time with the nurse going over my background, Dr. Queen rushed in to my room and didn’t look at her notes, asking me the same questions. I felt he quickly determined I needed various nose surgeries to help me breathe easier when I came in to have my ears cleaned out. I don’t dispute his diagnoses but he talked too fast, I felt rushed and said I wouldn’t commit to any surgeries without more research. Staff and nurse were quite pleasant. Looking for new doctor but won’t return.

I had suffered a broken nose that hadn't been properly repaired at the time of the incident. After researching doctors in the area, I choose Dr. Queen to assess and correct the damage. He did a great job of explaining my options and what he would need to do to repair my nose. The surgery was successful and it looks great!

My name is Michele Credle and I've been seeing Dr. Queen and Kristen Salvatore for quite some time now and I must say the warmth and comfortable atmosphere here really does wonders when a patient isn't feeling well. Dr. Queen did my surgery and he was awesome. I haven't had anymore sinus issues as before. I love coming here each time because everyone is so welcoming and very sweet. You can tell when the staff of an office really cares about the patients that they service!

This guy is a joke.. Very rude, egotistical, should not be dealing with patients... He is all about the money and not the patient.. He hS a lot to learn.

I was looking for an ENT to get my daughter in with quickly due to so many tonsil infections over the last year and this one was the worst. I was impressed with how quickly the staff got me in. They got my daughter in that day!! The front staff was very friendly. We didn't have much of a wait time. The clinical staff was thorough with the question. Dr. Queen was kind and funny with my daughter. He was detailed in writing his exam down. I quite enjoyed this practice.

Dr. Queen is thorough and professional. He explained everything about the allergy testing I needed and what my options were. My appointments have always been scheduled in a timely manner. I have never had to wait long in his office at all for an appointment and he spends plenty of time with me each visit, answering all my questions. For my allergy shots I am in and out within 20 minutes of arrival. The staff is friendly and courteous. I love the office decor and I appreciate the cleanliness

I was having so many issues and never thought an ENT would be the doctor to finally help me! Thank goodness for Dr. Queen! He actually listened and acknowledged me and my allergy tests showed that I have MANY allergies. He reccomended nasal surgery but has not pressured me at all. I have definitely benefited from his knowledge and expertise. I have not waited an abnormal amount if time in the waiting room or in the exam room. Could be my late afternoon appointments. Definitely will recommend him

Dr. Queens office was really clean and the staff were really friendly. He saw both my kids and they didn't mind him at all poking at their ears and up their noses. He handled them like a pro!

Will never go back. Dr. Queen spent very little time with me. He spoke too fast, and didn't answer my questions. Suggested that I should have allergy testing and sinus surgery. I had heard he does this with most patients. It is true.

Been seeing the doctors here for many years between Hampton and the NN offices. Sure at times you have to wait but that is because the doctors have to care for emergencies first. Those that don't understand that

Dr Queen as very professional with his examination . I did have one issue. He seemed to rush through with what he was doing and didn't take the time to explain what he planed to do. He also tried to get me to agree on nasal surgery that I don't feel I needed. Other the that he was excellent . Follow up appointment was oK. except that he took for granted that I wanted to take allergy shot without asking if I wanted to.

They decided my son needed surgery to correct significant problems. It was scheduled for a month later. The referral staff waited til 2 working days before his surgery to attempt to get it approved. Which I had to jump through hoops to get approved, since the staff did zero. So without calling the insurance company and make sure it was approved they just canceled his surgery. This was probably a blessing. The office is a joke on top of that. Dr queen takes no time and disrespects his patients

I had an appointment with Dr. Queen and I had to wait in a room for over 90 minutes. When he finally came in the room I was recording him with my phone and told him how rude and unprofessional it was to keep a patient waiting with no update. He laughed and said good luck getting another doctor to do the same thing I do in the Hampton Roads area. His NP Patterson is on it. Too bad she is working with him. Also when I said something to the nurses they said he could care less to keep them over
