The doctor is nice but the secretary is one of the nastiest people I have had to deal with. She has zero people skills and I'm not sure how she is still employed. This would be my very last choice to go to. Don't even bother calling unless you want to be ticked off the rest of the day. Good luck getting any information on when your glasses or contacts will be in because that would just be too much work for her to find out. Wow this place has a super rude receptionist who hates life. I accidentally called the wrong Dr. Timothy Moore and she ended up hanging up super rudely.

The doctor is super nice but his Secretary is a complete nasty spoken female named Brenda! She is always rude everytime I call to see if my glasses are ready or my contacts are there for pick up. Also it seems as I'm not the only one who she is very rude to!

Quick, super nice, and better prescription than the other places I’ve gone.

The receptionist is unprofessional and pissy. She acts like everything is a bother (even making an appointment) and her job is hard. Dr Moore seems fine but she has turned alot of people away for her attitude.

I always dread calling with a question to this office. The doctor I don't mind so much, but the secretary is never nice. I have had her fax me my prescription twice in a year and she said that "This is the last time I'm doing it" to me last time.
