FMLA forms will NOT be filled out. They will not take the time to properly complete the documents required and you will be denied your FMLA. They are glad to accept your hard earned wages for their services, but they are not concerned whatsoever about doing their part needed for the security of your job to pay for their services. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and carelessness.

I have seen Dr Miller for my initial visit. Right away I felt that my pain was important and real to him. He has given me hope after years of chronic pain. I look forward to my next visit

I see Dr Miller at the Belle Meade location and get procedures in Antioch at the pain surgery center. He is professional, knowledgeable, has a good bedside manner, and his plan of care works. His procedures are far and above more successful than some I've had with other anesthesiologists. I would follow him to the ends of the earth. Today was my first visit with Doctor Miller. Hands down he was nicest pain managment doctor iv seen in the 9yrs iv been going to a pain clinic. The staff made feel at home the minute I arrived!! I had taken most all of my disk an MRI reports of my condition. This gave him and his staff a quicker minute to review my problems so it made the visit less complicated to say the least. He sat up a plan for my treatment without making me feel like I was out to just get meds. All my questions were answered which had never been done by any other doctor. It's hard to impress me and that's excatly what this clinic did!!! I'm so very happy with PMG and pray this is my first step in a long healthy relationship with him and his staff. Since coming to PMG over the last 2 1/2 yrs my pain has been reduced. I am on less meds now and Dr Miller has been GREAT !! I would rather not have any other Dr do my neck procedures.

I must say that my experience with Dr Miller has been wonderful until my last visit with his office in Belle Meade! It seems that I will no longer be seeing Dr Miller as they have changed the way they handle patients visits! As it was explained to me, Dr Miller will now only see “NEW” patients and my care will he left to seeing a PA once a month! I really thought that Dr Miller and I had a good relationship and trust between us! I probably could have accepted this change in policy if Dr Miller could have come in and explained the changes and assure me that I could see him at any time if needed but his lady at the front counter let me know real quick that was not the new program! Sure hate to see these changes! I always looked forward to seeing him each month! I always scheduled my appointments when he was there! Now I guess it doesn’t matter any more, I’m not going to see him anyway!

Dr. Miller has helped my chronic pain so that I can finally have a fulfilling life. He's very personal and thoughtful. He has performed my procedures and I would highly recommend him.

Very good doctor he explained everything that was wrong in my back unlike other doctors he is one of the best doctors ive been to i would recommend him to anyone with back pain

First, Let me be clear that this review has nothing to do with any medications** You are the poorest excuse for a Dr that I have ever encountered in both my personal & professional life. You should not be allowed to have a medical license let alone have the ability to have access to patients in any capacity. You are nothing but a self righteous bully who thinks you are better than everyone else. You should think about what you say to patients who have recently went through major tragedies. ????

Dr Miller explained my condition and the way different drugs would help with pain Mgmt. Which pain medicine would give me better and longer relief from pain. He seems to have a genuine concern for my well being, he's not just pushing pills he truly wants you to have a better quality of life. As you know most people are out for themselves but not Dr. Miller. You can just feel the care and compassion he has for his patients and I truly thank the Lord for leading me to him.
