Dr. Jones is very kind, caring and personable. I feel like I'm in good hands under his care :)

It was a great visit he was super polite and took his time listening to me and help me a lot.

Good doctor. Very on top of tests that I needed and necessary medications.

Dr Jones beside manner is top notch. There is an ease about him that makes you feel relaxed. He is humble and I trust him not only with my care, but with my family as well.

I feel so comfortable with this doctor. He always listens and really hears what I'm saying. He makes me feel hopeful about my health issues and that is so important! His great attitude lends to my good attitude toward working on the best me I can be.

This 'Dr' physical harmed me, Desert oasis Medical group covered up this incident, they lied in my medcial records. I went out of their network , as to avoid collusion , and had an mri which showed fractured ribs. I still suffer as a result of this persons negligence. I'm a senior, I've been on prednisone for a very long time. He made a mistake and hurt me. Both DR Jones (who took over for Dr.Perv !! that's another awful incident of abuse from this medical group ! Timothy Jones along with Desert Oasis, their fabricating and altering to suit their agenda patients records with their (gas lighting) STILL OWE ME $500.00 I paid for mri !! I paid for their Dr injuring me. despicable

I find Dr.Jones to be excellent doctor, he listens to my concerns and needs . He does gives me advice and explains my test results? in which I can understand. Also would like to add that the staff he has are wonderful, friendly, caring staff, and especially Christina #1 Great receptionist?s at the front desk

Spends time to explain, follows-up with test results, listens to Pt. either advising or referring afterwards. Has an excellent, efficient, CMA, Cristina.

Dr. Jones doesn't listen to his patients needs/concerns. I went in and told him I had left-sided pain and he laughed and said, There is nothing on that side that can cause you pain. He also just assumed I had COPD since my mother had it. My lungs are fine. The pain I was having was real and the reason for the shortness of breath was due to my swelling and the pain from my intestine leaking and rupturing and ended up in the hospital for 8 weeks. Had he listened, I wouldn't have almost died.

I started seeing him about a year ago. At my first visit I was upfront about my serious medical conditions and that I needed and wanted exceptional care and that I was not a simple easy healthy patient. He seemed to want to take on my health issues and acted as if he had the time and patience. After that he seemed more interested in getting as many short visits and co-pays from me than actually helping me diagnose and get proper treatment. He denied me things I requested and ultimately ended up needing and getting later. He essentially slowed down my progress in my healthcare and diagnoses but kept collecting my co-pays. My symptoms were ignored and my diagnoses, although correct, he denied was the proper conclusion to my symptoms. His first guess is your depressed and if your a female he will convince you that your menopausal. More often then not a patient knows their own body. Listen to your gut literally and not to him as he still gets his payment. Getting appointments last minute is difficult, he is always gone on vacation. He books about a month and a half out. He only wants 15 min appointments so if you have an issue he will rush you thru and you will leave with your questions unanswered. If you go to a hospital or urgent care he will not follow up afterwards and getting in quickly after is impossible. Dr. Jones does not return phone calls and neither does his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones' for about 18 years. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our whole family has had him for a doctor for years and we have referred others to him who are also very satisfied with his care. On really busy days he is rushed, but that doesn't take away from his care. Staff does take quite a while to return calls, if they do at all. And years ago when they called a prescription in to the pharmacy, they called to let you know they had done so. Now they don't do that and it is very frustrating. Too many signals get crossed.

staff is usually pleasant.i will say they have a tendency to not return calls.dr jones is a pleasent Dr, but always seems like he is in a rush.he is very short and seems to pass the buck!everytime i have a problem he sends me to another Dr..he seems very worried about his license.???
