Timothy Shane Johnson

Surgical scheduling a nightmare. 10 months from start to finish, with scheduling errors on their part and a "gee sorry" and no rush to get rescheduled. Horrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When you're panicked, lost, and late for an appt things don't always go well. Timothy Johnson was shockingly uncompassionate to my request for an appointment. I do not recommend this doctor. His words to me when I reached out by email were basically: Do not contact me.... Shame on you, Johnson for your lack of patient empathy. What doctors often fail to realize is that they aren't superior to their patients. Where you can be reviewed, Johnson, my review will be there. This is a one star doctor when it comes to "bedside manner". Timothy Johnson is uncompassionate bordering on cruel. Johnson, the way you behave towards a potential patient not only represents you, it represents the entire Penn State Medical facility and Breast Center. Dr Johnson is amazing. He is very personable and always made me feel comfortable and never rushed. He did revision surgery to a prior breast reconstruction that I had 2 years prior. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff! I highly recommend them.
