Dr James is the best! I have been a patient at his clinic for over 10 years. He is very caring and compassionate. He takes time to listen, has state of the art equipment to fully capture, document and explain eye conditions. I highly recommend his practice!

I purchased two pairs of glasses from Dr. James. They were so bad when I tried to pick them up that they had to send them back to be redone. Second time still pretty bad but Dr. James asked me to use them for 30 days and if I was still unhappy he would give me a 100% refund. He refused to talk to me or to give me the refund.

Dr. James has been my family's optometrist for quite a number of years and we LOVE him. I cannot sing his praises highly enough. He is thorough, personable and I trust him with my eyes and my children's eyes. His staff is very helpful, as well. I always order my lenses and frames, and I love the personal care they give. I have never had trouble getting in, even at the last minute, and I have never felt anything but completely welcome and valued as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. James!

We really liked Dr James and for a while our insurance quite letting us go see him. He is a great doctor if you can get past his staff. This year our insurance finally changed and we could go back into his office. I called the office with an eye emergency, my primary doctor wanted me to get in with the week. Unfortunately I called his office they told me he wouldn’t see a new patient until two months later. After many conversations the staff wouldn’t let me make an appointment to see him.

My family has been going to Dr. James for fourteen years now. We all love him and the fact that he remembers us and details about our lives without even having to ask. I often would plan my visits with him around my trips back to Denver when I lived out of state because I refused to go to anyone else.
