Dr Holt is worse Dr ever had 7 back and 1 Neck surgery his staff is the worst they run the office and he doesn’t care what they say or do.I wouldn’t ask anyone to go to him you best bet is to run .I was put on Disability for failed back surgery.at one point they were over charged me and I was told I didn’t know how to read insurance.

I wish that I could submit without a star.I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. His front staff is rude disrespectful and he allowed it. I have to resubmit this to make it meet the standards of being published, but I will not lie on anyone, and I have recordings of how rude I was treated and referred to as you people. This is my opinion so I didn’t understand why my first statement wasn’t published. This Terri broad is skin color intimidated and treats people of different skin tones such as myself very rude and disrespectful, and referred to me as “ you people”. This is sad this is “2020”, and discrimination and biases based on skin tone is still relevant in some people’s lives.

Dr. Holt is an amazing doctor. Listens to people and tries to get the root cause of issues fixed!

Ive been seeing Dr. Holt since 2013. He's done three back surgeries on me and I'm very grateful to him. He listens, find solutions and helps anyway he can before saying you need surgery. He allows you to make the choice that better fits your needs b/c its your pain your back your money your time. Office and staff: its a Dr office people, you will get good and bad options ANYWHERE you go, wait time varies again its a Dr office No! You dnt be waiting for 2+ hours in a single visit. He go over x-rays, MRI etc....throughly and break them them down so you can understand whats going on. When he's in the room with you, its no RUSH PERIOD. Love him. Dr Holt performed a C5-C6 discectomy and fusion with titanium plates. I'd been to three docs who either failed to diagnose or misdiagnosed. Holt found and fixed the problem. Had virtually no pain following surgery; didn't need any painkillers. He's top notch.

I let him do 2 lumbar fusions and 2 cervical fusions and now a few years later I am again in severe pain. His office staff is awful! Rude and don't know the meaning of compassionate.

I love Dr. Holt he has great bedside maner. He listens to his patients and you dont feel rushed. He preformed an ACDF for my neck and im on day 2 today and i feel great. Just a little sore. Thank you Dr. Holt i will send many recommendations.

Very awesome doctor, very knowledgeable and friendly, knows his profession and in my opinion is the best at it! Dr holt is amazing. I had a back surgery last year with dr bradley. Something happened again and needed another one . this time Dr holt helped dr Bradley because this surgery they was gonna fuse my bones together. I had surgery November7 and have been highly pleased with both Dr's.

Dr. Holt and other staff members are friendly. However, due to his nurse, Lauren, who is the worst nurse ever, I'm angry. I have complained several times and you should be able to go see a doctor or call a doctor without receiving attitude and poor customer relations as you receive with her. There have been several patients complaining of the same thing in the waiting room and online. If you are a patient and have had the same experience with Lauren (red-haired) nurse, please let him know.

This doctor is nothing less than a straight up sawbones ! He hands out surgeries like candy whether you really need it or not and let me tell you he destroyed my neck. I was under the impression i would feel better after my c5 c6 cervical fusion but oh was i wrong. Im in more pain now than i was before ! Still have numbness in my hands and i still cant work. Not to mention his nurse Lauren is an absolute misery when you have to ask her for help with anything ! Just run the other way !!

I was scheduled to have a lumbar Fusion On L4 L5 and S1. Following the fusion I woke up in such severe pain I was screaming even on a morphine pump I have no idea the surgery would be that bad he came out and told my family that he cut too much bone from my hip and cut through nerves that would never regrow. The whole experience was a living nightmare. This was horrible don't go to this doctor.

My back surgery cost $18,000. I couldn't come up with the last $800 quick enough so Dr. Holt dropped me. I'm still post op. He's refusing to see me until I come up with the final $800.

Dr. Holt has performed 2 surgeries on me. One on my back in '98, and in September of this year he did my neck. The doctor that he is now compared to the doctor that he was then is completely different. He cares nothing for his patients. He schedules surgeries, and appointments like cattle going to slaughter. He only cares about the $$$$$$ from PERFORMING the surgeries, and after that, he could care less about what happens to you. I have more pain from my neck since I've had the surgery than before I had it. He needs to retire. Keep in mind that this is NOT my first surgery with him, but it will be my LAST Dr. Holt has performed 2 surgeries on me. One on my back in '98, and in September of this year he did my neck. He is a friendly and caring Doctor.

He did all of my dad's surgeries and will be doing 2 of mine...he is the best doctor there is!! Compasionate and thoughtful and sympathetic to ur needs. I would recommend him to any one!

Overall, I have been very pleased with Dr. Holt and would recommend him to anyone. I was referred to Dr. Holt by a friend after an incident with Dr. Berkus with the Huston Clinic, and I can testify that Dr. Holt is a better physician. The hospital that he uses though is another story altogether, btw that is Baptist Medical Center South. My experience there after my first spinal fusion was not pleasant. Unfortunately there is no way that he can perform his procedures anywhere else due to the required equipment or lack there of at other hospitals in the area. Overall, I have been very pleased with Dr. Holt and would recommend him to anyone.
