Dr. Timothy Logan Gardner

My husband Elijah Hendricks and me have nothing but good things to say about dr Gardner, we was seeing him in Kentucky and when Elijah’s toes got Ulcers on them from him having poor circulation in his legs Dr Gardner knew as soon as he looked at them what the problem was and told us what we must do for them to heal, we followed his advice and had balloon surgery on his leg to open it up and he is well on his way, they are healing good now, I was worried that he would lose his toes, he has diabetes very bad, thank you Dr Gardner, it’s well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to see you. You’re the best to us.

I was needing to be seen asap and Dr. Gardner was there to help! The staff was very nice and friendly. He was quick, courteous and very professional! I will always go to Dr. Gardner for all my podiatry needs.

Top notch doctor. Clean office. Professional staff. Dr. Gardner help my husband with an in grown toe nail that plaqued him for 15 + years. He took care of the problem, he now has no pain. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for a family member (more than a week in advance). Arrived approximately ten minutes before appointment (paperwork had been completed online) time of 3:00 PM. Asked receptionist if I should reschedule the appointment at approximately 3:30 PM after seeing two patients that had arrived after me taken back and was told my family member was the next patient (was not told if family member was next patient to be seen or next patient to be taken to a room). Was taken to a room at approximately 3:40 PM. Doctor arrived at approximately 3:55 PM. Doctor saw family member for approximately two minutes and asked for X-rays to be done. Prepared to leave because I thought that after such a lengthy wait that X-rays would be another lengthy wait. X-rays were performed at approximately 4:05. Left after X-rays were completed without seeing doctor because I simply do not have hours to spend at a doctor's office. Very busy office. Would recommend examination of scheduling practices to facilitate shorter patient wait times and hopefully increase quality of patient care due to decreased patient load. Will not return. Great Dr! Treated me like family. Dr and staff are always professional. I had very little wait time.

Saw Dr. Gardner regarding an insert for my shoes, to help with back and foot pain. I felt very confident in the treatment process. He was able to diagnose the problem and the insert has been of GREAT benefit to me for several years now! His office staff is kind and supportive. I highly recommend!

Dr. Gardner treated me for foot pain that I was having while hiking. He diagnosed the issue and made an insert that helped tremendously. I also took my 94 year old mother to him for just general foot care and nail trim. He is a very compassionate doctor …. Something that can be hard to find.

Hour wait to see physician for two minutes is unacceptable. Please investigate scheduling practices to decrease patient wait times and increase quality of patient care.

My daughter went in with a stress fracture and she was treated with care and professionalism. It took her longer to heal than she had hoped, but she has not had a problem since. Thank you, Dr Gardner, for helping her to continue playing volleyball!

I highly recommend Dr. Gardner. He has performed two foot surgeries on my left foot/ ankle over the last 6 years that has greatly increased my mobility and quality of live. He takes his time, really listens to concerns, and his office staff are very friendly and helpful. We drive about 2 and a half hours to see Dr. Gardner but it is well worth the drive!!

I started going to Dr Gardner because of an ongoing plantar fasciitis issue in both of my feet. I told him that I have done cortisone treatments in the past and that I was looking for another option. He told me that he wanted to try the cortisone shots himself. After he gave me two more shots, the issues were still present. I called and expressed my concern, and he told me that I was welcome to make another appointment (another $60 out of pocket). Two weeks later, my plantar fascia ruptured do to the weakness that the cortisone shots create :(. Very painful!! The day it ruptured I called to see if I could get an appointment and they said I would have to wait 5 days for an appointment. I feel that Dr. Gardener did not listen to what I told him throughout my time as his patient. I am grateful that I don’t need surgery in my right foot now, because I ruptured it, but it would have been nice to be heard. I gave him an extra star because he was always kind in the office. I had a great experience with Dr. Gardner. I had foot surgery.

Dr. Gardner performed corrective surgery on my left foot about 6 years ago and recently performed surgery on my left leg. Both surgeries increased my ability to work, move, and be independent. Dr. Gardner is very thorough and took time to answer all my questions, looked back at previous x rays and explained to me and my family exactly what he will be doing. His staff is very friendly, welcoming and was so patient with me after surgery. Dr. Gardner is excellent at what he does and I highly recommend him! Dr. Gardner has been my doctor now for 6 years. Many office visits with multiple surgeries! I know I am always in great hands. He is not only professional and smart at what he is doing, he is kind. Dr. Gardner and the nursing staff helped me and my poor little ingrown toe. He has been very understanding and compassionate, especially since I was somewhat of a spaz being nervous before the procedure. I am a cash pay client, and he was affordable also. Thank y'all so much!

Everyone is very friendly, Dr. Gardner will make sure to take the time to answer all your questions. He is very thorough, makes sure you understand everything. Dr Gardner is the best podiatrist out there he has treated me for 5 years he is a very caring man who seems to feel your pain and will ensure you receive the best care and only do surgery at as a last resort. He has done two surgeries for me and he is a talented surgeon I had minimal discomfort and he will call and check on you surprisingly in this day and time .He has also treated my daughter , husband and multiple friends I would recommend him to everyone as I've never received better care from any other Doctor. I have been to two other podiatrist and they never fixed my foot problem. Dr Gardner did. he checked to see if it was coming from my back we don't think so now. it may later as i get older. He took my foot orthotic that was made by another Dr. and reworked it to fix my problem is did fix it. The wait time could be a little bit better but still not as long as some places are.

100% satisfied. Will be back for any further issues.

Dr. Gardner is very kind hearted, gentle, caring man. My experience with him has been great. He takes his time to listen to problems and figure solutions. Even to the extent to avoid using the knife until we have to do so. I have nothing but respect for this man and I have never had a long wait to see him. My visits have been punctual from all aspects. Thanks Dr. G for making my feet feel so much better! Also, the staff is always kind and friendly - which in my opinion is hard to find.

Dr. Gardner is the best. Takes extra time with you, explains everything completely. Office staff is wonderful and caring. His office is fairly easy to get into and out of 8f you are m9bility challenged. There is free valet parking for patients at Tennova West, which is where Dr. Gardner's office is l9cated.

I got an ingrown toe nail removed & it screwed my toe up worse. 8 months later and my toe nail never grew back normally and have been dealing with infections since. Too much was taken off and my toe did not heal properly.

I have seen Dr Gardner several times, he is competent as a physician, however his office routinely overbooks and the wait times are excessive. In my opinion, overbooking is greedy and disrespectful to patients. I won't be going back there.

After seeing another doctor and living with plantar fasciitis for over a year I went to Dr. Gardner. He was able to help me on my first visit. I did the exercises he gave me and I am happy to say I have no more pain. My only regret is not finding him sooner.

Went over a several month period of time and if you have planar pharsitis do not waste your time or money he does not know how to give shots and does not know how to make inserts properly had to go to Kentucky for a good dr

The appointment was fast and professional. I broke my foot last Sept and went to KOC and they were offering me bogus treatments (boots) that were simply not cutting it. They said I would need to wait for it to heal and it could be up to three months. 7 months later, I went here to dr gardener's office. He offered treatment already, spent more time with me, and knows how to correct the issue with surgery. I feel that I got more out of the 20 mins there than I did after three visits at KOC. The longest part of the appointment was finding it. It says 10810, but you will not find that number anywhere outside. Go into 10820 and it will be on the 2nd floor from the elevators on the left.
