It is a very good eye doctor. I am a diabetic and require injections in both my eyes which he does every six weeks or so. I have never had any sever discomfort or complications. I have been a patient for over five years. He has also performed cataract surgery on one of my eyes. He is very careful, gentle and kind. He is the very best in my opinion.

I suffer from wet macular degeneration in my left eye, Dr. Gard is very knowledgeable about my condition and is very good at what he does. Thank you, Dr. Gard and staff

I've had Dr Gard as my eye since 1997 when my retina detached. So he knows all about my eyes and I feel very trusting in his judgment on what to do next with my eyes.

I have had Lupus for 15 years and that means yearly lengthy exams. Dr. Gard was the first doctor to explain in great detail and with pictures what they are looking for. For the first time I left an exam with a better understanding of this! His care and compassion for his patients is exemplary! I travel over an hour to see him and will continue to do so. Dr. Gard is an amazing doctor. He is always cordial and willing to explain any question(s) I have. I always leave my appointment knowing I have a very thorough examination and the best care possible. He is truly a credit to his profession and to doctors as a whole.

Dr Gard is a very good Dr who able to deal with any problems you might have. He has helped me a great deal after my eye surgery.

Dr. Gard is not only one of the best Ophthalmologists I have met, be is also a very caring person who makes me feel more comfortable by his attention to general concerns as then relate to my vision. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the best eye care available.

I've had a problems with my eyes aince college. Dr. Gard at the Hillsboro Eye Clinic has been abaolutely one of the best doctor's I've ever seen. My eyesight has improved under his care for the 15+ years I have seen him. My diabetic issues are stabke now. Everyone at the clinic is wonderful to work with and Dr. Gard provides superb care.

Dr. Hard has treated me for over 26 years, including cataract eye surgery. He is beyond excellent and I plan to have him perform my scheduled Lasik Surgery in a few months. I've just completed my 2nd cataract surgery a week ago. Everything went perfectly and I am thrilled to have perfect vision at 69 years of age. Dr. Hard is beyond excellent! Dr. Tim Gard was outstanding in all aspects of the eye examination. He explained what he was doing in a friendly and informative way. He is one of the top Ophthalmologist in the country.

Great Dr and great team

Amazing how carefully Dr. Gard took care of me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gard for many years, he has saved my eye sight from diabetic retinopathy . Over the years he treated me, my eye sight has improved and is stable now. He is very friendly and professional . I moved out of the area but still travel to see him twice a year.

Excellent doctor. Knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and gives you 100% of his attention during your appointment and answers all your questions thoroughly.

He is absolutely the best!!

Dr. Gard did cataract surgery for both of my eyes over a decade ago. He absolutely nailed it, he got me 20/20 distance vision without glasses. I've seen him since for a couple of other issues and for refractions. He's always thorough and professional; the man really knows his job.

Dr Gard has been my Dr for years as well as my family and we are very happy with his service. He has most recently removed cataracts from my eyes. Very happy with the results. He is personable, takes his time to explain the pros and cons of any condition. He is more than likely punctual. I would recommend him to friends and family. A great doctor!!!

Takes his time and will answer all questions. Tells you pros and cons of treatment. I have cataracts and together we decided to postpone surgery as long as possible as vision after surgery may not be as good as hoped. So I have waited until my current vision is so degraded that it is interfering with my life (can’t drive at night). I may wait a little longer until my daytime vision is affected as well.

Dr Gard was very friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel very safe in his care. I had surgery for cataract removal in both eyes and I see perfectly now! He did such a good job and I had the most positive experience ever.

He has been my Ophthalmologist for years. Even though I moved away I still continue to come back here. Excellent service, very professional, exceedingly knowledgeable and super personable. He knows what he is talking about and he is great in communicating it to the patient. His staff is likewise very good at what they are doing. Two thumbs up!
