Dr. Fignar and his team are phenomenal! He takes the time to meet with me from 30 minutes to an hour each visit. We look at where I am with my health and create a plan together for success. He is nonjudgmental and encouraging. Both my weight loss and healthcare sessions are like a therapy session. Dr. Fignar goes below the surface with me to figure out why I have a certain pattern of behavior. Is it emotional, physical? What can be done about it? He reminds me of a doctor from the 1950s. If I am too ill to come into the office for a visit, Dr. Fignar will come to my home. I also have his private cell phone number. During Christmas time, I received a card in the mail from him. His office staff is professional, kind and friendly. When I come in for an appointment, they automatically greet me with love and respect. It reminds me of the show Cheers, where everybody knows your name. I'm not just a number at Fignar Family Practice. I'm a valued part of the family.

Dr. Fignar genuinely cares about his patients. He looks at each patient individually as to what their needs and concerns are. He spends as much time as needed to answer all my questions and come up with a plan for my health. He is proactive which is important to me. The girls in the office are fantastic and very helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone that cares about their health.

I honestly cannot praise Dr. Fignar and his amazing staff, including Becky and Dawn, enough! Before I found Dr. Fignar,, I had spent 48 hours in a medical crisis due to the criminal negligence of an emergency room, which caused me to go into urosepsis. The contrast with this amazing practice could not be more stark. I came from having a very traumatic experience in the ER, but as soon as I walked into Dr. Fignar’s office, Becky made me feel right at home. Dawn was amazing as well. I’m so used to it that when you go to a doctor’s office and they say “go wait in that room for a little bit,” the doctor might show up like 45 minutes later. But I think it was like three minutes later lol. Dr. Fignar did an excellent job, explaining everything to me, including all of my test results from the ER, which the emergency room staff had never bothered to interpret for me. Especially after having been through medical trauma, it was very calming and reassuring to suddenly feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Fignar explained everything very carefully, and was very reassuring. He also answered all of my questions. He and his staff were even miraculously able to set up a CAT scan for me, the very same day, which is unheard of in the U.S. healthcare system typically. Probably for the first time in my adult life feel that I truly am in good hands, and feel confident that I will be able to work with Dr. Fignar and his staff to create my healthiest life. I wish I could give them 10 stars! As Becky said, before I left, when I was expressing my amazement at how wonderful the experience was, “This is the way it SHOULD be.” Indeed. ????????????????????????????????????????

I'M A VERY ACTIVE RETIREE WHO HELI SKI'S AMONG OTHER ACTIVITIES . IF IT WAS'NT FOR DR FIGNAR'S DUE DILIGENCE AND EXTRA TESTING AVAILABLE IN OFFICE MY HEART CONDITION COULD WELL OF BEEN FATAL. INSTEAD IT WAS DIAGNOSED AND I'M BACK ON THE SLOPES SKIING AGAIN !

It has been a great experiences under the care of Dr. Fignar. His staffs were always pleasant and I am just one phone call or e-mail away from reaching him to meet my medical needs including when he was on travels. Great services !!!

I am acquainted with a large number of people who don't have a primary care physician (PCP). This is hard for me to understand as I've had one for as long as I can remember. I do believe having a PCP keeps me healthier, especially one with whom I have a long-term relationship (20 years). He is always there for my physical & mental health and well-being. I may go six months without seeing my PCP but it's comforting to know he's always there. He knows my health history, my medications, teaches me ways to make better decisions about my health to prevent disease, ensures I'm getting screening tests to detect potential problems such as my annual mammogram or colonoscopy. He's there to support the ups and downs of my autoimmune disease, advise me on dealing with stress or anxiety, and treat a rash that may pop up. I believe PCPs are the foundation of healthcare and everyone should have one.

I have been with Dr. Fignar since he took over the practice in Enfield and stayed with him when he transitioned to MVP. He has always shown extreme interest in adressing my healthcare issues and is always expanding his knowledge of new medical practices. I cannot recommend him highly enough as a caring, patient and informed doctor. The office staff are a wonderful group of dedicated professionals that are friendly and extremely efficient. I always feel welcome and supported whenever I visit or call the office. The staff always makes sure my needs are met as quickly as possible.

Dr fignar is the pot at the end of th4 rainbow. He is a gem in the rough. Always takes the time to listen to any issues and makes them a priority. Whatever the circumstances, he always puts me at ease knowing that I have his full attention and medical knowledge on my side. He is the best doctor I have ever seen and am so thankful I found him after suffering both due to chronic illnesses, and inept medical professionals. I cant say enough about how amazing and comforting he has made my medical care.

I have been a patient of Fignar Family Practice (FFP) for several years. During this time, the staff's attention to my medical needs has been noteworthy. You are never considered just another patient to be hustled through the process at FFP. Dr. Fignar takes the time to explain in layman's terms your condition and treatment options. His emphasis on preventative care is always appreciated and his health advice is something I rely on in both sickness and for wellness.

Dr. Fignar was my PCP prior to his change to MDVIP. Even though there is an additional annual fee for the Concierge services, I have stayed with the practice. The costs are not covered by Insurance but may be paid out of an HSA. The money goes into special testing that is not available at your standard PCP office and has proven to be most valuable in my continued Wellness Journey. The staff could not be nicer, the office is clean, the wait is SHORT and I can text the doctor directly 24/7 if required.

I am pleased with the care I received from this office and love the team. It was a bit of a concern when they began discussion about changing to MDVIP and the annual charge for the testing, however, I have found that the additional tests are beneficial and feel that I get a much more thorough examination and overall view of my health and well-being than ever before. The reporting is amazing too and I am able to get tips on how I can improve where needed opposed to where I am on track or above where I need to be at my age! Very friendly and open minded!

Dr Fignar has taken care of all of my family, I would not consider seeing any other doctor. And there is no more friendly or efficient staff, anywhere.

Since DR Fignar joined the MDVIP program, it allows me more contact with him via phone or the MDVIP portal. Visits are personalized & one gets to spend more one on one time with him. Let me not forget Dawn & Becky as they do an awesome job supporting DR Fignar. Way to go team!

Dr. Fignar and his staff are beyond amazing! I know picking a medical professional is tough and an important choice, so I’ll break my review down into a few sections. Staff and Logistics- Becky does an amazing job at helping guide you through the administrative stuff. I often am confused on my copays, insurance coverage, whether I need a referral or documentation for reimbursements from my HSA/FSA. I can go in, call Becky, or send her a quick email and she is always helpful. She has always gone above and beyond to help, and I have never once had a bad experience with her. She is constantly making recommendations too, which helps save me time in the future. Scheduling an appointment is always timely and I never have to wait weeks for one. It is usually same day or next day. Becky makes you feel like part of the family. She really is a life saver Appointments and Assessments – Dawn is probably one of the nicest assistants that I have come across. She is mindful of your needs, is considerate about how she approaches you and even when she is taking your vitals, she is constantly adjusting to fit your style. Honestly, I have been to other places and they are very monotone and robotic in their function, where she makes it personable and conversational so that the time does not drag on. She really continues with the family mentality and you feel so comfortable with her. The DOC and Visit – When it comes to doctors, many of them just treat you and move on. Dr Fignar could not be farther from that type of doctor. He cares about me and my health/well-being and shows it through his actions and how each visit is treated. He takes his time, reviews everything with me thoroughly, we talk about what concerns I have, we talk about on-going issues, we talk about things that I can do to prevent possible issues and not once, has he ever treated me like a number or like he had another appointment to go to. He will spend as much time as you need and is able to break down complex medical jargon into concepts you grasp and take control of. I don’t easily trust medical professionals, but I 100% know that if Dr. Fignar is not concerned or is concerned about something, he will lay it all out and I can trust in what he has to tell me. I always follow his recommendations and when I don’t feel comfortable with one, he is always open to talk about it and look for alternatives. When it comes to trusting my health to someone, he is the only one I am 100% confident I can trust. Something he does that I think is impressive is that he also follows up with you after you see a specialist or hospitalization that a lot of primary care’s do not. He wants to know how the visits went, whether you have questions and if there is anything, he can do to facilitate anything with it. Bottom line, he cares about you end to end and is actively involved in your health success. Bottom Line: If you want a place that cares about you, your health and will treat you like family, Dr. Fignar and his staff are it. If you want an incredibly brilliant, engaged, total health geek of a doctor, Fignar is your man. I have refused to call any doctor my primary care physician - ever since I could ‘make the choice for myself - until Dr. Fignar. No one, except this physician, was attentive or focused enough on me and my needs to keep me from feeling rushed and put in a lineup until Dr. Fignar. I will never leave this physician or his staff.... His staff... Owning two businesses I know that no one person makes a successful company, it’s the machine you have supporting you and your ability to motivate them. His staff are absolutely AH-Mazing! Becky and Dawn are stars ⭐️ Both are efficient, welcoming and genuinely make you feel they care about you, your life and your immediate needs without the fear of feeling like you are being ushered through a process so they can get to the next patient. I have been seeing him for over a year and I completely trust him and every single month he teaches me something new. I always learn and I have lost over 60 lbs. and have kept it off.

While the doctor was professional the ladies at the desk are extremely rude and have no compassion. This is a doctors office that is suppose to treat your ailments and you get off the phone feeling terrible. Also this new VIP program that I was about to pay $2000 to, so glad I didn’t! This office was originally caring. with the new changes, this office is only the rich are allowed in and receive respect. If u don’t have $$ and the $2000 is too much, u r beneath them. I have also heard through several people that they don’t state insurance, so elders watch out, don’t waste your $$- they don’t care how sick u are! While the doctor was professional the ladies at the desk are extremely rude and have no compassion. Rude staff. Never able see doctor, always the pa. This place is the fast food of medicine, get you in and get you out even though they are not busy. You need to call multiple times to have a prescription filled and then you get a attitude on top of it. Do not go here if you don’t need to!!

Dr. Fignar was recommended to me by my Orthopedist as I was new to town. I moved from New York, and was nervous to find a Doctor who would live up to my expectations. Dr. Fignar practices the highest standard of care. The office staff is courteous, intelligent and makes you feel cared for.

The customer service is very poor. The phones are open and available for about 6 hours a day as they are off well after their opening and for about an 1.5 hours at lunch. You have to contact them multiple times to get a response. When Fignar called my wife back to respond to our concerns, he was extremely rude and encouraged us to move to another practice, which we did. If you are only getting a physical once a year, its fine, but if you have any other problems, you have to go to urgent care
