Dr. Timothy D. Farley

Dr. Farley and assistant Todd Schmidt completely dismissed my pain condition(s) and attributed it to "overuse" without offering any type of recommendation for treatment. There was a lot of jokes, laughing and condescending behavior during the appointment. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I sent a follow up letter to explain why I was treated this way and have not received a response.

I found this Doctor to be arrogant, condescending and the overall attitude of not caring at all.

Dr. Farley is one of the best surgeons I have been to. My first surgery with him was a work complete case. I had to have shoulder surgery. He explain the procedure to my understanding. Him and his staff always answered any questions I had. Most recently I just had micro fracture surgery on my left knee. Again he took the time to identify the problem. Listened to me until he understood my pain and the issues I was having in my knee. Ordered the MRI and gave me the results the same day. He didn’t force me into surgery. He was up front and honest about what I was going to go through until I had surgery. Him and the surgery staff took very good care of me and explained everything to my family members.

I’ve been with Dr. Farley for many years. He does a wonderful job, cares and is very personable.

I had my rotator cuff surgery Feb.2018. He is awesome. The staff very nice also! I have full range of motion. Be patient with the healing process and be faithful with your physical Therapy!

Dr Farley may be a good doctor but he's not a good house guest. Two years ago he rented my ski place in Utah. His daughter was playing pool and broke our downstairs window. He offered to pay for the window (a $600 repair) but two years later he still hasn't paid me back. We've emailed/texted him many times and even enlisted a friend of his to try to get him to pay us back but he's still ignoring us. Dr. Farley replaced my hip at 29 years old. I'm turning 40 this year and I'm still a firefighter and play softball and soccer. Couldn't ask for a better doc.

Dr. Farley performed shoulder replacement surgery on my mom, Arthroscopic knee surgery and MUA on me. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He explains everything in detail and spends as much time as necessary with you to answer all your questions and address any concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and I would not have any other physician perform my Ortho surgery, if I were to need one again. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Met with Dr. Farley about my knee. Dr. Milne had worked on my knee almost 2 years ago, he did such a good job but now I have been in a lot of pain. I called Dr. Milne's office and they told me go to Dr. Farley. Meeting with him was simply a pleasure. Went over my records, sat and explained to me in detail of what I need to do and what he expects of me and preparing me for a replacement. Offered an injection for pain management in which I accepted. Such a delightful experience. Thank you!!!

Dr. Farley was not concerned about my husband's pain. He was unable to complete an MRI due to his pain level. The MRI Tech at Emerson Clinic had no compassion. Dr. Farley spoke to us in the lobby with the MRI Tech present. He sent us off with his notes and a list of other surgeons, to start the process all over again. He could have done more, such as suggested a Pain Management Specialist, or having an MRI at a hospital where they could have sedated him.
