Doctors are great but the staffing is absolutely horrible and are so rude even in person - if you have any questions they respond back to you like you are uneducated. Calling in prescriptions is a joke they claim it takes up to 48 hours yet it takes 3 days sometimes and asking about that is not worth their hassle.

Great Doctor who really cares.

Very very awful staff. I call to make an appointment today and who ever answer my call is really really rude!!! ???????????? I haven't been to this office yet but I will call my insurance company to change the primary doctor now. Bad impression since first call!!!!

I have seen Laura once and she seems nice. However, the staff is incredibly rude. I tried to make a follow up appointment because there was a scheduling error on their end and they were not willing to work with me at all. Not impressed.

I like the Doctors, I used to go to them years ago. But when I tried to schedule a return as a new patient, the front desk was rude/difficult. They could barely explain the office operating hours. Apparently each Doctor/Practitioner keep their own hours.... so good luck scheduling anything.

Just waited for over 2 hours and did not see the doctor. No one checked in and left me waiting. My time is as valuable has the doctor. Why make an appointment when you don't keep them.

I absolutely love dr. Dickson. His staff is so horrible I cry every single time I make an appointment. I would not suggest anyone going to this office. It's so unfortunate because I love this doctor so much butt calling at the front desk is just so uncompassionate and hard to deal with.

Wonderful staff, helpful with referrals! Dr Dickson is so kind and my kids absolutely love him. He smiles all the time! He is thorough and does NOT over-prescribe medication, which we appreciate. It's never a problem to convince my kids to "go to the doctor."

Nice doctor but absolutely horrible staff and scheduling. Staff NEVER answers the phone without saying "Hold Please" then you have to wait 10 minutes or hang up. Every office visit we sat about an hour before seeing the doctor. If you ever need anything that involves the office staff be prepared to wait forever or NEVER get what you need. Nasty office staff. Patient for 9 years. Finally left.

Have been a patient of Dr. Dickson for over 10 years. He is an excellent primary care physician and I would certainly recommend him.

Dr. left me stranded and 1500 mi. from home and refused to renew my prescriptions. Even though he agreed to do so after my visit in 9/2016. Must be an ego trip because I informed him I would be finding a new doctor that can tell time when I returned to MI in March. He agreed to renew my scripts but here I sit 1500 Miles from Hm. No scripts and the ?????? will not even return a call. I would recommend you stay as far away from this person as possible unless you like long waits and broken promises

Dr. Dickson is a good doctor but his staff overbooks all the time. Every time I have an appointment it a long wait. Over an hour today. Switching doctors.

Dr. Dickson is great! I have had the same doctor for literally my entire life but it was becoming too far to see him. I was very nervous to make to switch to another doctor, but couldn't have made a better choice choosing Dr. Dickson. He is caring and treats me like more than a bunch of information written on the paper. My husband switched to him as well and also loved how wonderful and caring he is. I recommend him to everyone looking for a new doctor.

Have been a patient for many years, appreciate his caring and help with my healthcare. Staff is also good. Would recommend highly to others
