Dr Timothy Dao has been my physician for many years now. He is very easy to talk to and takes time with his patients and listens to them. His nurses are very sweet and are always willing to answer your questions, the reception staff will try to do everything to get you in when you need to be seen as soon as possible.

My mother was having abdominal pain today, I called and spoke with Liz, she was amazing! It is rare that medical staff actually talk to you like a human being and even more rare that they carry a conversation. Liz worked my mom in same day, and I am truly thankful! My mother said she loved Dr. Dao! He was kind, understanding, and assured she understood what he explained! 10/10 rating for this office and staff!! In fact I work for an Orthopedic Practice and when any patients ask me to recommend a PCP from here moving forward it will be Dr.Dao!! I was just diagnosed with covid. My Dr is Tim Dao.I have just found out how unconcern this office is. I have been a patient here for a long time. After the unprofessional concerns of this doctor and his staff. I will not allow him to treat me again..the nurse kept saying to me . “We do not treat for covid here”. How stupid does that sound if you were referred by the emergency room dr to refer to your own Dr as a follow up. Also she keep saying go to the hospital if you feel bad. She kept asking if I had signs? I felt at that point I was just another number to them. I will report this .God is in control of my life and man does not control anything . I have been a patient of Dr. Dows for appx. 11 years. He really cares about my health and well being. He listens, and takes action. He is very professional, yet easy to interact with. Very thorough. I tend to avoid doctors, but I'm so glad I came to see Dr. Dao. He asks all the right questions. He knows what he's doing. And he has a great personality not uptight at all. The last doctor I really spoke with dismissed my health complaints. Dr. Dao really listens. AND any man who can find a way to add unicorns to his work uniform is a winner in my book. Horrible office receptionist has ruined a 17+ year relationship with Dr. Dao. The last 4 years have been very difficult to endure due to multiple times being billed for services that we did not have, being told that we cannot speak to the doctor without making an appointment to come the day after an office visit and the prescription not being correct from the doctor, I’m currently dealing with a situation that I though was rectified last month when I called the doctor’s office and sent them a screenshot of my checking account to prove that I made the office visit payment that they sent to collections and negatively affected my credit score because I didn’t find out until a letter arrived at my house. I received a call back and was told the payment would be updated since I emailed the proof of payment. I went to my scheduled appointment today and was told by the rude receptions I need to give them my insurance info, I told her I did not have it because I did not know I needed it, the appointment was confirmed yesterday and no one said anything about my insurance info. The receptionist then told me because I did not have my insurance info due to a recent system changeover I would be double billed for the appointment. Like I said earlier the service has been horrible the last 4 years, I was told I’m going to be double billed, I was told the payment you proved you paid is still causing a negative impact on your credit because it wasn’t taken care of last month like the lady said that called me back. And to put a nice little bow on it the rude receptions said “we’re not with the previous company anymore, so you will have to call the collection company and take care of it. I can give you their number if you want”. I’m the customer, I made the payment before I walked in the office for service, I called your office to fix the oversight and sent the proof of payment over a month ago and received a confirmation call back and now I’m supposed to call the collection company and do what you should have done in the beginning or at the least what you said you did last month when I sent you the proof of payment. I completley trust Dr. Timothy Dao with my health and that of my friends and family.

Dr Dao was my doctor for 4 yrs when I lived in Texas. He was probably hands down the best doctor I've ever had. Always listened to my questions & my needs. You couldn't ask for a better doctor. I wish I still lived in Texas so I could still be seen by this amazing doctor.

Today, Dr. Dao saved my mother's life. She was experiencing a heart attack at home, came to the emergency department and received life-saving intervention from Dr. Dao. Our family owes him absolutely everything, and cannot thank him enough for his help and fantastic bedside manner. Thank you for giving us back our mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend. To those of you upset about wait times, I humbly ask you to consider that he may have been called to the hospital to save a life.
