Dr. Colton performed a maxillary osteotomy on my jaw give me an awesome smile did a great job amazing surgeon my opinion. Definitely would recommend thanks Mark Stewart

My son had his wisdom teeth out with Dr. Colton last week. I have also had procedures done by Dr. Colton. Everyone in this office has always been professional and kind. The procedure went great, I trust Dr. Colton, and would recommend him to anyone.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed on 11/08/2021. The same day I was talking and was able to go out and walk the dog. Swelling was very minimal, I didn’t have any pain, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Will recommend Dr. Colton to anyone that is looking for an oral surgeon.

This is BY FAR, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OFFICE. As if having insurance issues isn’t bad enough, you get treated like absolute garbage by this group. Linda denies leaving an incredibly inappropriate voicemail on my sons phone, when she obviously confused us with someone else she had been trying to call. Hangs up on you. The Office manager isn’t much better, no apology for the rudeness of her staff or the fact that Linda bold faced lied about my account. Instead of just saying “I’m really sorry about all this, let’s just figure this out”....which I can assure you is the appropriate thing to say to your CUSTOMER. So, I called to make an appointment and the lady was nice until, she asked if I had insurance and I know they have to ask but when I said “I don’t know, I’m on my moms insurance.” She then asked me how old I was I said 25, she straight up said “well I won’t judge you.” It’s not her place to judge, I don’t have to explain myself to anyone. My life and financial situation isn’t her or anyone’s business so she should have just kept her mouth shut. They were great. Kept me informed. They were caring.

Was very nervous morning of appointment, but Dr. Colton was very professional and kept me calm. Before I knew it my teeth were extracted! Amazingly done, highly recommend!

Amazing experience. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out with Dr. Helal last week. She has had minimal pain, no swelling and I love that they don't prescribe narcotics for teenagers. Wonderful experience all together. Highly recommended.

We have gone here twice. The first time, the dr had a horrible bedside manner but the procedure went well. The second time the procedure did not go well and the dr and his staff were quick to be rude, say that this has never happened before, drop us as a priority, and charge us.

Over the years I've had my wisdom teeth removed as well as both of my children. He is fast and efficient and it was a painless experience.

Dr. Colton has provided exceptional care for my entire family throughout the years. When my husband needed oral surgery recently, we drove two hours for the appointment. Dr. Colton's techniques significantly reduce the recovery time which was important to us.

So I had called around to numerous oral surgeons looking for one for my daughter. The first question I always ask is “do you take our insurance?” I call Dr Colton’s office and the woman on the end of the line says “oh yes we do”. I was thrilled! I book an appointment for a consult. We arrive for my daughter’s appointment, fill out paperwork, and bring it back to the secretary. She says to me “just so you know we do not take your insurance”. I explain that the woman on the phone informed me that Dr Colton does take my insurance. The secretary tells me “oh no nobody would’ve told you that”. Huge waste of time. I wouldn’t have booked an appointment if they had said they do not in fact take our insurance. Office staff needs to all be on the same page in order to not have things like this happen. Dr. Colton pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth at one appointment. He was very professional, I healed well, and the whole procedure was absolutely painless. Highly recommend Dr. Colton!

My 2 boys had all their wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago. We were in and out of the office in a little over an hour. Dr. Colton knows what he's doing and he is the BEST at what he does. Neither of my boys needed any pain medication afterwards, despite having impactions, and they were eating normally in 2 days. The staff was kind and caring, and one of Dr. Colton's assistants helped me to my car with my sons! I can't say enough. Thank you Dr. Colton and team for an amazing experience!!! This is worst experience ever I had. Unpleasant office manager christy and refuse accept my rights of ADA unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

This was the worst experince at a healthcare provider I ever had. The man is rude, arrogant, abrupt,and insulting. I wouldnt take a street cat there to have fleas removed! No one should ever go this oral surgeon!!!!
