Dr. Timothy Charles Carter

I would not recommend this Dr. and will definitely not be going back in the future. He didn't speak to me before the procedure before he started drilling. He didn't speak to me after. He didn't acknowledge me at my follow up appointment except to completely blow off my concerns. As a healthcare provider myself, I am very disappointed at the level of disregard and lack of bedside manner. I do not trust him. I literally have never posted a review of anything online, especially a poor review- but people need to know. I paid him alot of money and regret every penny. :(

Staff is super friendly and courteous. I’m sure Dr. Carter is an excellent periodontist. Time will tell as I heal. He came into to room for my oral surgery today and never spoke to me. I had to ask him if he was Dr. Carter. He answered and never said another word. I didn’t expect a conversation, but most doctors/dentists introduce themselves when they enter the room and go over exactly what procedure they are about to perform and ask if you have any questions. He did none of that. He had to stick me twice for the IV but never said a word. I didn’t see him as I was leaving and he didn’t tell my husband how things went. I find this unprofessional. I was very disappointed. I’m praying my procedure went well and will heal and take care of the problem that I went in for. Christian music played throughout the office. Loved that. I hope this review will help Dr. Carter to be more caring, compassionate, and friendly with each patient. Again the rest of the staff was amazing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the COMPLETE staff I am allergic (SCARED) to any form of dentistry and Dr. Carter and his staff made feel very comfortable I was told that I was singing the KEKE song while under and while my daughter took me home. Thank you so much Dr. Carter and your staff I lost my teeth from nasty chemotherapy but Dr. Carter and his staff is so much part of my smile I wish I could show you a picture. And Dr. Carter is nice to look at not only EXCELLENT chairside manners

Dr. Timothy Carter and his staff have given me excellent care for the past two years. I have had 5 implants and each and every time Dr. Carter explained in detail the process and necessity needed. He answered all my questions and concerns. He and his staff are friendly and courteous and exemplify professionalism each and every time. Dr. Timothy Carter and his staff would be my first choice for all periodontal care.
