I was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism that I have fortunately grown accustomed to over the last 10 years or so.

Awesome doctor. Clearly defined what to expect before, during and after procedure. Surrounded by a skilled team.

Very professional manner, gave me a realistic idea of what to expect from surgery, listened to my concerns and acted on them which gave me a good outcome. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Bollom did an awesome job on my shoulder. However, follow up questions and concerns went unanswered after many phone calls to the orthopedic office.

great! clinician and surgeon. Diagnosed my problem in about 1 minute and scoped my knee in about 15 a few months later. Couldn't have gone better, recovery was one day, can't say enough good things about his skills.

I was referred to Dr. Bollum for knee replacement surgery. I heard positive remarks from satisfied patients and was not disappointed with the results. Pain was minimal and recovery easy.

Dr Bollom takes time with me. Very knowledgable Wonderful personality.

In the long run, you will probably be quite pleased with Dr. Bollom as your surgeon. His technical skills are excellent and the results are quite good, at least in my experience. While recovering, you will probably not be particularly pleased with pain management. His office seems to be more-or-less callous and indifferent. Not sure if this is from him directly, but, it's hard to imagine that their attitude would be tolerated if he didn't share it. There may not be enough pain meds, they will be slow to refill them, even following their own instructions. They'll make sure you have a day or two between a prescription ending and grudgingly offering a refill. They will tell you they'll call in a refill, but they won't. They'll tell you they'll call you back if there's a problem, but they won't. They'll tell you there's an after-hours doc on call, but there isn't. For minor operations, this isn't a problem. For something major like a joint replacement, it really is.

I have been in the good care of Dr. Bollom for several years. He very patient and has always given my situations careful consideration.

Dr. Bollum and team are terrific, professional, and kind. I have had an excellent outcome with total knee replacement. I give them a five plus + plus.

Dr. Bollom's knowledge of the results of my injury were spot on. He knew what the problem was immediately, and the results of my surgery was a complete success. Thank you, Dr. Bollom.

Have been seeing Dr. Bollom for several years since moving here in 2016. Oct 2022 I had an Anatomic Total Shoulder Arthroplasty. My most recent visit was a post op to see how things were going. After years of injections and a repair surgery Dr. Bollom doing the replacement was the best ever!

Dr. Bollom diagnosed the source of pain that I have been having and put me on a course of action to remediate that pain.

Dr. Bollom presents a caring atmosphere and projects competence. My knee replacement experience was excellent full care responsiveness to my questions. I hope I don’t have to do this again but if I do, I will go back to Dr. Bollom

Dr. Bollom and Jasmine is absolutely wonderful. Spends the time as a patient/ Dr. should. Listens to your questions well and always tells you what's going on with yourself and how he can help. Pro.pt on appointments and if any needed changes, the office personnel let's you know right away. Just love them!!!!

Dr, Bollom is an outstanding surgeon. He is compassionate while also being very frank about recovery time and outcome. I like a doctor who takes the time to explain the problem things and makes eye contact with you. Been a patient of Dr Bolloms for more than 10 years, have nothing but great Respect for him. He has always taken his time, never rushed, to explain my issues and the procedures I would need for my knees and shoulders. After surgeries, he has been on top of my recovery. Excellent visit

What a total waste of time. He saw me on May 20th and told me it would be 2 to 6 weeks due to Covid before I could receive surgery. But then he waited 2 weeks to send for an insurance approval for my knee surgery. Meanwhile I am out on disability, only receiving 60% of my pay at a loss of $1400 per month. The claim was denied and needed to be resubmitted, that took another week, again failing to do the paperwork correctly it was once again rejected. I had to beg to try to get a paper signed on a particular day so that I could continue my short term disability, he couldn't not even do that in a timely manner so my disability has been temporarily suspended. My insurance company and my patient advocate advised me to seek another physician. I have since changed Dr.'s but this delayed my surgery 5 weeks and counting. It took my new Dr. 1 submission to the insurance company and I received approval and within 10 days had my surgery.

Staff was outstanding, Kendal, his assistant, is always there to answer my questions, the doctor answered all of my questions, never felt rushed, and my pre and post op care have been outstanding.

I have been using Dr Bollom since we arrived in Bend 9 years ago. Dr Bollom, PA Nate Schwab, Assistant Kendal and all support staff do an incredible job of making it feel like a small town practice while being the “go to” for knees and shoulders in Central Oregon. I don’t know a single active person in CO that doesn’t see him and his team for Orthopedic issues so I cannot imagine how hard it is to make every patient feel unique; somehow they do it. My visit with Dr. Timothy Bollom was a complete joke. I was specifically referred to him for examination and his 'expert' interpretation of the mri's that I had taken of my very swollen knees. He did not every provide me with any 'reading' of the mri's but he did coerce me into X-rays of my shoulders which I did not want. He did not ever provide me any kind of beneficial service whatsoever. The entire experience was a farce. There was never any kind of care given for my problem nor was there any follow up from his office to see if my situation had improved or if there was anything they could do. It was a huge waste of time and money and his complete lack of any kind of diagnosis at all left me with over a year before the problem was sorted out and a condition of permanent disability which would not be the case if he treated me in a competent manner at all. I am only giving one star since it won't allow me to give zero stars.

Dr Bollom caught a tumor in my lung on a shoulder xray and basically saved my life, he is very thorough and kind. He took a great deal of time with me and answered all of my questions. A ton of people in town said I should go see him and I am so glad I did. Staff was very attentive and made sure I got through it all

Dr. Bollom is Great!!! he takes time to explain and gives options and does not go straight to a surgery he tries non invasive treatments first.

Dr Bollom, Appeared to be hung over the morning I waited close to an hour in the little room. After all the visits I was no better off then when I started. His unprofessional way he treated me for a simple injury is an outrage. Do yourself a favor and find another Orthopedic.

This review is more for Dr. Bolloms appointment staff, as I didn’t actually get to meet Dr. Bollom. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bollom at his Sisters location. I called to confirm all details the day of, before driving 40 minutes to the appointment. When I arrived they said there was no appointment scheduled and I missed my appointment, a month prior. I don’t live in the area and was only in town for this week, so I was very specific about the date when scheduling. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful in resolving the situation. i VERY MUCH LIKE HIS NO BULL, STRAIGHT FORWARD APPROACH TO MY NEEDING BOTH KNEES REPLACED. IT WILL BE WORTH WAITING FOR HIM TO DO MY PROCEDURES, AND I AM GRATEFUL THAT HE ACCEPTS ME AS A PATIENT. MIKE SULLIVAN

Worked in the OR for years and Dr Bollom is the doctor that most other docs go to to get their knees and shoulders fixed, great guy who really cares and has great hands

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a healcare provider. Staff never returns calls. I’ve had to repeatedly call and explain that I’m in severe pain and still don’t get a response. I’ve been waiting 5 days and still no call. This is both irresponsible and unkind. I filed a complaint with patient relations at The Center and just got attitude from Bolloms staff. I would never recommend this office and I’ll never use The Center again. I should have read reviews from different sites prior to surgery

I was in a lot of pain when I saw Dr Bollom MD. He never did diagnose the extent of my injury. I would of got a second opinion sooner, though I found out I had cancer just before Dr Bollom send me on my way. My whole life turned on a dime and I still had to suffer because Dr Bollom stated I was good to go. Repeatedly when I would go for PT the therapist would bring out Dr Bolloms. EMG report and say to me there is nothing wrong. I feel he was only seeing me for the money.

On my first visit I informed Dr Bollom, I felt I had a pinched nerve in my neck. He said he was the one with the degree and he would determine the extent of my injury. After a few visits he stated I was good to go. Upon getting a second opinion, I was told I had moderate damage between C5 & C6 pinched nerves.

I am very disappointed in the care I received from Dr Timothy Bollom. From the very beginning he talked down to me. Acted like I was not injured. And gloated when he was not able to identify my why my hand would go numb or had shooting pain down my arm, Even while I was in he office and having muscle spasms he flat out said I was faking it. Then said what are you going to do about it now. I had no choice on what doctor to see. If you have a choice do not see Timothy Bollom.
