Dr. Timothy K Atkinson

The end of January 2020 My husband suffered a stroke and was admitted to Canton Potsdam hospital. His spent the next 5 days in the ICU and doctor Atkinson was our attending physician. What a kind caring doctor he is. The hospital is so fortunate to have him helping others. He was wonderful and got my family through a very difficult time. The Walrich family from Colton

On a stay at Canton-Potsdam hospital in July of 2017, with a case of severe celIulitis in my leg, I was lucky to have Dr. Atkinson take care of me. He is the most pleasant doctor I have run across in a very long time and is a GREAT doctor! I highly recommend him.

It was difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Atkins but it was well worth it, I have seen other dentists/surgeons but Dr. Atkins is the best He he extremely well educated and knew exactly what to do for me. He has patience and explains everything and makes you feel comfortable while doing the procedure. I would recommend him most definitly.

Dr. Atkinson goes far beyond any doctor I have ever had. He has an almost supernatural ability in diagnostics. He also keenly sizes up a patient even while talking to them. He is one of the few that actually listens to the patient and does not prescribe treatment or meds as if one size fits all. Each patient seems a unique case to him and he is gentle yet very agressive when treatments of any kind are required. Mere words can't fully describe how secure I feel having the honor of Dr. Atkinson being my doctor.
