If I could give a zero I would. The WVU system for screenings patients needs reviewed. Not feeling well, I called to make an appointment. Was given an appointment time after going over my symptoms. I showed up to the appointment and was told to stand by the wall, while everyone else in the waiting room watched. Finally a nurse cracked the door open and told me I could not be seen, I needed to go to medexpress for a rapid COVID test and it it was negative then they would see me. Why was I not told this when I called to make the appointment or offered a virtual appointment. I know this pandemic is scary but I just needed advice from my pcp If I could give a zero I would. I would give zero stars. Dr pluto was our doctor for many years. Absolutely adored her. Fast forward 15 years: Refused to see my husband in office due to covid. This is after fighting over the phone for 2 days to get a chest xray ordered at the local hospital. Was told go to the ER when I stopped in person today. Why pay a $200 copay when I can pay $25. Now we are sitting at Med Express waiting on results. I never thought we'd get better care at ME. Dr Pluto is not the dr she used to be. I would not recommend her or her staff, unless you want to NOT get attention or results. So disappointing. I would give zero stars. Dr pluto was our doctor for many years. Absolutely adored her. Dr Pluto is very thorough with her patience. She listens to their concerns and discusses ways to help. She spent rush you out the door, like a lot of doctors. She is caring and compassionate. Her staff if polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Pluto to anyone looking for a doctor.

Dr. Pluto has been our family doctor for 15 years. She has been absolutely fabulous with our children and my wife and I.
