Dr. Tiffany M Delice

Dr. Delice is a true gem, cares about her patients and takes time to ensure they understand their situation, diagnosis, and treatment. My family has several members under her care and we couldn't be happier. She is frank, candid, and honest with her patients and their families. Such a breathe of fresh air these days to not be treated like just another face in the crowded waiting room, but as an actual person who needs help. She delivers!

Have seen Dr Delice for several years and she treats several family members. We have all found her and her staff to be very professional, warm, and caring. She is associated with several local facilities and stays very busy so getting in to see her can be a challenge sometimes but she trains a number of new doctors and we have always found them to be wonderful as well. Can not recommend Dr. Delice highly enough, a wonderful person and a rare doctor who truly cares about her patients.

The Dr. Herself just didn't really show much empathy and care. The student doctors and therapist I saw there were great. I had to find another psychiatrist that actually cared more.

She got me out me outta of Greenleaf in less than a week

I had an appointment for 9 AM yesterday I waited for an hour and 30 minutes for her not to show up. Also told her that I didn’t want a med student sitting in on my appointment which she did not respect. I have been prescribed to Adderall for years and I actually have ADHD pretty bad so I thought that she would understand. She is completely against Adderall thinks that I’m just trying to abuse the medicine and didn’t even let me explain. What a fraud. I would give her no starts if it were possible. First of all I agreed to see an intern to gather information before I met with her. Well, she didn’t meet with me at all. I spoke with an intern that took information to her(she was in the office), then he would come back ask more questions then go back to her. This happened three times in the same visit. (My first and only one). She didn’t even take the time to talk with me before she completely changed the meds I’ve over been on for over 10 years. YES, no tapering... no explanation. After I left and researched the meds prescribed (I try to be educated about the meds I’m prescribed especially with such a drastic change) I thought I should know what to expect. So, I called her office thinking if I left a message with my concerns she would call and speak with me. I didn’t expect her to drop everything and speak to me right then. The receptionist ( I have no idea what her qualifications are to speak with a patient regarding meds) called me back and said if I had a hard time with the withdrawal symptoms to take the anxiety medicine prescribed. Long story short(I know this is still very long) After feeling horrible withdrawals going on 4 days. Three more messages, only one returned call. By the receptionist only, she still won’t take the time to speak to me herself. (I was in desperation, I’m a single mom that works an hour from home) the anxiety medication was too strong even at a 1/4 of the dose. I go to her office at the urging of a friend, only to find out she just left. I’m desperate mind you and very frustrated. I tell the receptionist I’m not leaving till I speak with her. She threatens to call the police and tells me she won’t talk to me with my voice raised. SERIOUSLY!!! I’ve been more than patient and almost ready for the “LOONIE BIN”. I know I probably shouldn’t have, but I left with a hearty FU. Luckily, I have an excellent Primary Care Doctor, Dr. Kyle Adams that put me back on my previous meds until I can get into another psychiatrist. I have been going to her for nearly 6 years, she is great

My wife (a disabled veteran on fixed income) needed psychotherapy for anxiety and was referred to this clinic because they list psychotherapy on their Tricare listing. Unfortunately, after having her pay the $30 copay she was told by a nurse practitioner they no longer have a therapist there and proceeded to attempt to offer psychiatry services which she did not need. After she repeatedly explained that she did not need psychiatry, she was still urged to schedule another appointment four weeks later for additional psychiatry services. This was a huge waste of time and if you are using Tricare for psychotherapy, AVOID THIS CLINIC! My old dr. retired whom had prescribed me adderall for years. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Delise attempting to get the prescription renewed. I met with a med school student for 20-30 mins. Then Dr. Delise talked to me for about 6 mins. She told me that she did not think I had ADD ( I was prescribed Adderall for ADHD), and that she did not prescribe amphetamines to adults anyway. So after wasting my time and $135, which both could have been saved if anyone who worked there mentioned said policy, I still did not have a prescription. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and money. Edit: Since the appointment I spoke to two other MD's who said she violated several ethical standards by doing what she did. I have been a patient of Dr Delice for about 13 years; I would highly recommend her she takes the time to listen to you and doesn't judge you. Dr. Delice is the best Dr. that I have found for my psychiatric care; she will do any and all that she is capable of doing to make sure you get the proper care that you need!!!!!!

So, I went to her. Saw her for 3 minutes maybe ? So she was supposed to refill my meds, on one she only called in 1 not 3. My sister was in the er, we had a house fire and I had an apt the next day .. My sister drove that morning. My purse etc was in my car. So tiffany refused to see me!!!! She slammed the door in her assistants face, told her that I owed more money then I did. Refused to see me and all I needed was a up dose on my medicine and she wants to charge 300 to see her for 3 mins....

I switched to Dr. Kumpel from being a "test rat" for another doctor in the area. Dr. Kumpel literally changed my life for the better. I was in a deep depression...anxiety, stress, you name it. I didn't care if I even woke up anymore at that point in my life. She listened to me, was empathetic, concerned, and she put me on one type of medication giving it time to work before trying something else. She brought "me" back to life!
