Dr. Tiffany Andry is very professional. She takes time to get to know her patients. She educates on any medication that she suggests and doesn't push pills at you. She values your opinion as a patient but provides guidance to mutually plan treatment.

Dr. Andry listens with empathy and is very easy to talk to. She has been willing to explore different treatment options to suit my needs.

moved from Alabama to Tampa last fall. Not sure if you can help with this... I have been experiencing financial hardship since being laid off due to COVID during spring of 2020. I don't have the money to hire a medical malpractice attorney to do anything about what my psychiatrist in Birmingham, AL did to me in August 2020 (a year ago now). Her name is Dr. Tiffany Andry at Grayson and Associates in Birmingham. I tried to commit suicide in August of last year because of financial hardship and ended up in the hospital. My entire stay in the hospital, which was a total of about 2 weeks, no one (countless doctors, my family, or me) were able to get in touch with my psychiatrist. She wasn't available for my mandatory hospital discharge appointment, so I was scheduled to meet with her nurse practitioner, who failed to show up to the telemedicine call, which I have a screen shot of (me being logged in for 20 minutes and them not dialing in). When I finally did meet with my actual doctor, Dr. Andry, several weeks later at my previously-scheduled appointment, I lost it and was crying, asking where she had been and that I had needed her throughout this hardship. She acted oblivious and angry, and said no one had tried to get in touch with her and that I was lying. After we hung up, Grayson and Associates sent me a $1k invoice for "services they provided while I was in the hospital," and "not showing up to either of my telehealth visits." I have not been able to pay it... continued financial hardship... and they have since sent me to collections. My credit has taken a serious dive (200 points). The bill remains outstanding. I have no idea what to do. This is a shot in the dark asking for you to help when this is an out-of-state issue, but I'm desperate and had to at least try. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Oh... and her office at Grayson and Associates (psychiatry) is one door down the hallway from the psychiatrist that did see me while I was in the behavioral health unit in the hospital. How could they have not talked about this for Dr. Andry to have not known about the suicide and hospitalization?!
