This used to be the best doctor I had ever been to. They also have a PA that does not take he same time the other doctors used to. I was there yesterday on terrible pain she didn't evaluate or took a quick look of my pain, she said the i need to see a pain managment for that, making me feel the i was there just to get pain madication to get high. Nothing compared with Frekko doctors. They take their time to see how you feel, and assist you with their knowledge. people putting profit before service. Very good experience, until the PA Gina Carbonato started to do my evaluations. Yesterday 10/23/17 I was on extremely pain on my elbow, I tried to explain her how I was feeling, she didn't put no atencion at all not even a quick evaluation. Respond the I need to see a pain management. For that.

Washingtonian Magazine top doctors do not live up the expectation. First, we were only treated by a physician assistance. None of Dr. Frekko showed up. Basically, we had a doctor visit but never met a doctor. Second, PA was not interested in the diagnosis of disease and was eager to sell us the diabetes test. We are quite slim and there is zero-chance that we are diabetics. We have doubt of Washingtonian Magazine doctor ranking.

The Frekko family practice is the best around! They are never too busy to answer questions or help my husband Don and myself (Mary Louise). I highly recommend them. The staff is just as kind and gracious also.

Placing a call to make an appointment always entails an excessive wait, allow at least 15 minutes of hold time.

While I like most of the Doctors, the availability of appointments is unacceptable. If you have a sinus infection and their is no available appointments until the following week are you going to wait or go to the walk in clinic that can cost up to $100? They need more staff to cover the amount of patients they have. I am currently looking elsewhere for a primary doctor. On the plus side the staff are very nice and the wait times to be seen are not too bad. While I like most of the Doctors, the availability of appointments is unacceptable. They're a good primary physician, very caring and understanding. They've been my doctor for ten years. They get you in and out as fast and convenient as possible. When the doctor is done checking you, they can order your prescriptions over the Internet through a database to your pharmacy. The only draw-back I have is that, they're always busy and it's hard to make same day appointments; I wish they hire more doctors. The Doctors' and staff are excellent. I would highly recommend them. My family has been with this office for generations. Simply the best.
