Doctor is nice and knowledgeable, but the office wait is disrespectfully slow. Staff are loud, and also laughing and talking the entire time I was there. I waited an hour and a half before I was serviced.

I honestly made my decision to make Dr. Melton my primary OB, based on the reviews. I wanted to go to someone who actually cared. For years I've had severe pain with cramps. I never took any kind of birth control to manage my periods, and I wanted an alternate option as I did not want to alter the natural process of my body functions(as a women). I felt as though she pushed me to birth control as my only options she presented to me. long story short- 6 months later I almost died , and was told by Cleveland Clinic to never take birth control again. the History with black women on birth control shows to be alarming on how we are affected. (this was NOT discussed however during my visit with Dr. Melton). I feel like we are consistently being failed in the medical realm when it comes to our health. The WORST experience EVER. My first visit went relatively well. However, she recommended additional medical follow up that was very concerning to me. I completed those visits. I called the office about 30 days later for the DOCTOR never called to discuss the results. Left a message with the NURSE requesting a call back from the DOCTOR. This was early November 2020. Doctor NEVER called. As a matter of fact, the same RUDE NURSE called back today, Feb 2. Many months later!! Still no DOCTOR. If you want caring and attentive healthcare, look elsewhere.

Great doc. Takes the time to listen and speaks to you like a person.

Dr. Melton is compassionate, caring and a great listener. She is gentle and thorough and explains everything during the exam!! She is the best!!

Dr. Melton is the best. She makes you feel very comfortable, listens to and answers all your questions/concerns, and she is very knowledgeable. Shes the best choice when looking for an OB/GYN.

Dr. Melton is one of the most knowledgeable and professional physicians that I have ever known. Dr. Melton literally saved me from the extensive surgery recommended by a notable physician in the area, she recommended a reasonable alternative given my age and patient history, and my outcome was exceptional. I always wanted to thank her for her kindness and exceptional treatment so I embrace the chance to do so in this public forum. Dr. Melton is just the best of the best.

Dr. Melton is a sweetheart. She answers all questions and is very patient and kind. She thoroughly explains procedures. She explains what she is doing and what you might feel such ad pressure or a pinch. LOVE her!!!!

Dr. Melton was gentle and put me at ease as she explained each step of the exam. She was my doctor many years ago and when my insurance plan changed, I seized the opportunity to return. I highly recommend her!!
