Excellent care, compassion and advice are what I have received from Dr Nguyen for over 20 years. . Always available. Staff (Holly and Amber) could not be more professional and attentive to my needs. All questions / concerns are addressed & answered in an extremely reasonable time. Cannot say enough good things about this entire practice!

If you value your life do not go to her , my mom died because of her negligence, she stated that she’s too busy to give properly care . It took 10 days for her to tell us to take my mom to the emergency room after the blood test and she was gravely sick when she came in for the visit and only on the 10th day after we called everyday for the result she told us to go to the hospital by then it’s too late , my mom died 3 days later . Waited on hold over 12 minutes while trying to inquire about a video appointment that was already 2+hours late for my dad. Trying to get through this office is so frustrating. Love seeing doctor herself but to get to her is a nightmare.

Save your life and find another doctor. If you have a life-threatening medical issue Dr. Nguyen isn't the one for you. Her physical exam took less than five minutes so the previous post is very accurate. She does give you business cards for other doctors and if you don't advocate for yourself she will not help or send referrals. She told me I could have cancer and made this accusation without any testing or mention of a plan of action, (follow - through) is necessary when you make a claim of this magnitude. I've called the office requesting follow-up and how should I schedule further testing. It has been days and no call back. I ended up in increasing my therapy sessions because of Dr. Nguyen's lack of professionalism and medical neglect. I found a new PCP and will not look back. Stay well everyone and God Bless! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Nguyen for many years. She never rushed our visits. Takes time to listen and remembers personal information from visit to visit. Several years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. That information was derived from the mammogram that Dr. Nguyen prescribed for me. She followed up with me. She kept up with my progress throughout my treatments. I feel that she was an important first step that saved my life.

Dr. Nguyen is a compassionate physician who strives to form connections with her patients. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them during difficult times. My mom has endured the loss of two children and Dr. Nguyen provided her emotional support. She has one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen!

Perhaps I’m old fashioned but doctors used to be all about the patient, listening to concerns and less about the pharmaceutical companies that she deals with and multiple referrals to other doctors. Can she not spend more than 10 giving me my annual checkup? Almost a joke. I told her I had occasional chest pain. They ran an EKG. She looks at the result and said they were fine but handed me yet another business card for a cardiologist “because you had chest pain. That was it .... bye As I’m looking at my copy of the EKG it said very clearly on the top that my results were “ABNORMAL” Even more crazy I get a call from an imaging center that same day (after my appointment with Dr Nguyen)when I got home because dr Nguyen called them to set up a bone density test with me. Not once did Dr Nguyen mention having the test done to me in the office. When the imaging center asked when I wanted to go in, I told them I had no idea what they were calling about and why. And as much as I like the employees I don’t believe there enough of them. It’s like everyone is doing too much and that’s when patient loses. I’ve had several problems getting my prescriptions renewed. I even took a screenshot from my phone to prove I requested some medications. Too many times I hear “I didn’t hear or see it” or that Dr Nguyen was gone yet again and they’d see if the can get in touch with her. Ahhhhhh!!! Too many times. I actually believe that when I’m in the examining room Dr Nguyen has no idea who I am. She is a nice woman but don’t feel very confident in her as a doctor. She might be great but I haven’t gotten that feeling yet when my appointment is over. I HAVE BEEN WITH DR NGUYEN FOR FIVE YRS AND PLAN TO STAY WITH HER YEARS TO COME SHE HAS HELP ME WITH MY NEEDS FROM PERSONAL TO BEING ADDICTED TO OPIOIDS TO EVERTHING I NEED ..I DRIVE ALL THE WY FROM EASTLAND TX AND IT WELL WORTH THE DRIVE ... I just love Dr. Nguyen and her staff. They are so pleasant to work with in helping me to maintain my health. She is one that sits and listens to you in an effort to help you see things that you might not see. During the grief over the loss of my brother, she was there to also help me through that process. Stress and Grief play so many different roles in your health and I am so blessed and grateful to have a doctor that sees me for the person as well as the issues I deal with. She also helps you set not only long-term goals for your health but short term goals to get you to your long-term goal. She is an amazing doctor who remains encouraging! The only thing she asks of you is for you to do your part in working toward these goals. Her staff is the best! They are always there and willing to answer any questions needed. I have used the patient portal several times as well which makes it very convenient when I have a question. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen's practice.

Great doctor. Listens to us, and truly tries to help resolve our medical issues. Just stellar. SIX or Seven Stars if I could give her that.

What sets Dr Nguyen apart from other physicians I have dealt with is that she takes the time to get to know who I am as a person as well as how I am doing physically. I think this helps her to know what to emphasize as far as treatments go and more importantly how am I going to comply with those treatments.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for 6 years now. She and her professional and caring staff have always been attentive to my needs.

My relationship with Dr. Nguyen has been one of respect and wellness. The Doctor always gives me personal attention on every visit, is interested in my likes and habits as well as my family's and our spiritual well being.

Dr Nguyen shows real concern for her patients and I appreciate it when she pushes the computer away and address the issues/concerns I'm having. She's very skilled/knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to me.

Dr. Nguyen has taken care of us since we moved to Bedford and we couldn't be happier with her. She explains everything, why she is doing what she's doing and what we can expect. She is sensitive, interested, concerned and a great problem solver. Her staff is wonderful, Summer, her Nurse, is the absolute best, responsive, and sensitive. I would never go anywhere else. These are my health care professionals. I would refer anyone to NETIMA in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Dr. Nguyen is easily the best primary/family physician I have ever had. She is thorough, competent, extremely personable and always makes me feel I am welcome and in the best possible care. I would not hesitate to give her the highest possible recommendation to anyone who asked me for a physician referral.
