Great Doctor, takes the time to get to know you. Also tells you how to get the most for your money regarding pharmacies and labs. Highly recommend! Dr. Kumaran is very fine and kind Dr. My only problem with him was him not taking me off the Eliquis after having many side affects. He just wouldn't do it so I had to switch doctors to someone who would listen to me. That drug is poison!!!!

Had 2cd appt of day, at 9:15 am.Arrived on time, 3 other people waiting..they had 9 am appts. Must book 3 every 15 mins???? Over one hour wait,more people coming in including drug reps who got right in.no wait Was there to obtain results of my previous lab work.waited in inner office over 30 min to find out they NEVER GOT MY BLOOD WORK BACK after a week. Their fax machine was down and I was requested to return to front waiting room while they called for results. So far 30 min drive there and an hour and a hour wait....had to leave,already late for work Was told to CALL LATER for lab results.Well, all is well with me but will never return., Over worked, overstressed and slow staff not for me. He started out as good dr but now has changed. He refused to give a referral for my dad to see a neuro surgeon for his back/neck..was told "didnt need, Medicare wont pay"...went to dr sidiq and was told situation is URGENT for surgery asap. Now scheduled for surgery. If he didnt change fra he would be paralyzed soon.

At time of visit, dx of infection was made, fractures noted, lung contusion noted. Doctor asked what pharmacy to call, told local Kroger and instead sent order to mail order pharmacy which takes 4 to 5 days for med to be delivered. Severe pain was explained in affected leg. After 4 trips to pharmacy and being told dr had not called med in, Wood County Hospital supervision was called and she explained she had no way of getting ahold of this Dr in off hrs, and he took his patients to St. Charles Hosp. The supervisor there said they no longer had an answering service that would take his calls! After office visit this Dr. did not order a follow up visit until 6 weeks in the future and not even follow up for the lung contusion which was causing patient to cough up blood! I tried as his wife to move follow up sooner but was refused. This patient is 77 years old. I feel this doctor is not interested at all in the care of his patients, only in his needs. Dr. Kumaran is an old fashion doctor who still visits hospitals and shows great concern about your health. He doesn't push you out in 5 minutes with your visit. He actually spends quality time with you and listens to your complaints. He is also great at explaining what the problems are and explains what he is doing.
