Dr. Thuong Hoai Trinh

Dr. Trinh is wonderful. I had my enlarged tonsils removed January 23. A rough first few days but am sooo glad I did this. My sleep quality has improved notoriously. No more sleep apnea and even lost some weight .. the staff courteous. There was a bit of wait to see the doctor but she is well worth the wait. Thank you so much Dr. Trinh. !!

I had a very good overall experience. I had an easy time booking my appointment, checking in was quick, the waiting room was nice, I only waited about 15-20 minutes in the waiting room and they apologized for even that long of a wait. The receptionist was very personable and the nurse was kind. Dr Trinh listened well to me and then took the time to explain the situation and make sure I understood before she left the room. So I feel very conflicted with this review. Dr. Trinh was excellent and did a fantastic job with my surgery. Overall she seems like she's in a rush but does a good job and properly diagnosed my issue and helped greatly. With that said the customer service with the office has probably been some of the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I need a new prescription I'll have to call 5-30 times (no exaggeration) to get in contact with someone that then gets a refill. Many times I'll call and they say they'll call back and I never receive a call back. My pharmacy at times reports that they've sent over 8+ faxes over 3 weeks timespan with no reply. This occurs every 6 months when I need to get a refill on my prescription. I also was billed an additional 200$ for a surgery that occurred 4+ years ago and I was told it was paid for in full at the time of surgery. So I feel very conflicted with this review. My Son and I had an appointment with Doctor Trinh Today, reading the reviews we were a little concerned. But we had a great experience with the Staff and Doctor Trinh!! The doctor is really nice. She explained everything well and addressed all of my concerns. She takes care of 3 of my kids and she does a great job. When they had to have surgery she explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She even took the time to show my kids how some of her equipment works.

She is cold, rude and an ‘awful’ person. She needs help!

She was curt, rude, NO bedside manner and dared me to write a bad review on her. I questioned her diagnoses and she did not like it.

Horrible experience. She has no bedside manner. Very cold. I went for my scheduled appointment which they didn’t cancel with me to find out she wanted to take the day off to be with her kids. If I could rate below a 1 star I would.

Dr. Trinh is a great Doctor and very caring person l ever met. I am so amazed for the attention she and her staff give me when I went for my first appointment. I had a little problem for breathing and she found out the problem and schedule for a Turbinate Reduction surgery and she worked for all the necessary steps needed for the surgery to be done in less than a week and I had the surgery done 4 days ago. Now I feel much better and my breathing is very easy. Excellent service. I am so glad that I have selected her as my ENT Doctor through my wife. Keep up the good work. I work with doctors all day long at my job and they've all very professional and care for the they're patients needs, I had an appt today and I am a new patient Dr thuong trinh wasnt so polite she came inside the medical room I was waiting in and she didn't greet me she said what is hurting today I said hi nice to meet you my ears been throbing and I feel some what pain inside she looks inside quickly and says they look good to me it's probably air . I said well I ended up in the hospital because of the pain and I've been experiencing some type of aches and fullness and my hearing isnt the greatest on my left ear. She said hold your nose and blow . Did you feel it pop I said no . She looks at me and says it just air . I'm like ok but I feel the pain everyday well just do this everyday. She said what's wrong with your tounsils throat I said I've been experiencing sore throat every other month for about a year naw . I've been tested for strep and it's negative but my tousils are swollen and red . She said well goorgle with mouth wash and if countinues it's up to you if you want them removed. She stands up ready to go and I said ok well your the speacealist what do you recommend well I can't make those decisions for you. I said I understand but what is the cause of my sore throat . She said your tounsils are large that can cause it but the recovery of the surgery takes two weeks and it's very painful it's up to you if you think it's necessary. And she said schedule a follow up and will see you in two weeks. All that was like 5/6 mins inside the room. With me . She wasn't very professional and she showed no interest and looking therally on what's causing my pain . Her diagnostic was air in the ears and large tounsils . Okkk I will not come back ! The only reason they get a star Is because the front desk ladies were polite. I called to make an appoinment over the phone I was put on hold for a good 20 minutes when finally someone started to make my appointment because i could not find my insurance card she refused to make my appointment just for that reason, don't one always have to present proof of insurance once in the doc office? So i have an advice if you are coming from Puerto Rico please leave your bad costumers service habit back in the Island and one more thing get with the laws and integrate to the community here because if we all want a better life a better life requires change .I will take my business somewhere else and in case somebody try the race card I am a Puertorrican. Very nice lady. Did a great job.

Dr. Trinh surgically removed my Submandibular Salivary Glands.....She did an excellent job...I highly recommend her and her office staff...I had this done a couple of years ago and I am doing quite well.... I also see her for other unrelated issues that arise now and then....

She doesn't take time with you and acts rude especially since she is going to do surgery.

Most rude, condescending,demeaning employees ive EVER spoken with. Your call is an inconvenience right off the bat!!They make it clear you are not cared about. Your problems dont matter. your health is irrelevant... all the girls ive spoken to have given me different answers. The Shawna girl at the front desk is so lazy and doesnt give a crap about helping you get an appointment and transfers your call away. The other girl working there in the front laughs and snickers about you over the phone!

I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Trinh. Everone that saw us was very rude. Except the receptionist. I asked the doctor a question and every time she answered it was like so annoyed. And in the end of our WHOLE 5 MINUTE CONSULTATION I asked her something else and responds and walks away while talking and that was it. Feeling very frustrated by this doctor and the nurse.
