From my initial office consultation in late summer of 2021 to a recent follow up visit this month (Feb 2023) Dr Wright and his staff have gone above and beyond to inform, educate treat my lipedema fat disorder. I was misdiagnosed over 10 years ago with lymphedema. I tried every diet and exercised 4-6 days a week for as long as I can remember- nothing helped I continued to gain weight and my legs became more and more tired sore and heavy. I had lost hope. I was referred by a leg specialist to Dr Wright and my life changed! With Dr Wright’s instruction and surgical skills I have a new life! From the first day I step into Dr Wright’s office I no longer felt alone with my leg issues. I went from size 12 to a size 4 and my legs feel great and I no longer have that heavy tired feeling. I highly recommend Dr Wright and the Laser, Lipo & Vein Center!

I never knew what I was doing when it came to my skin but after a consultation I decided to start IPL treatments and after three treatments I can say I've never been happier with my skin.

I met with Dr. Wright in February, 2022 for lipedema consultation and expressed interest in reduction surgery. The consultation went well and I left the office feeling validated and confident that I was in good hands as Dr. Wright and his staff were kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. In June, I found out my insurance denied the claim due to no pictures submitted. I was on a three way call with my insurance rep when she left a message with Dr. Wrights billing sraff asking for pictures and who to send them to. I called my insurance in November to check the status of the claim and learned no pictures had been sent and there has not been any communication between Dr. Wright's office and my insurance or me. I don't mind paying a consultation fee if it leads to a service but it did materialize. Reimbursenenr of consultation fee would be fair as I have been waiting in anticipation for several months. Since then I consulted with another surgeon who successfully appealed my case with ins.

Dr. Wright is great and wonderful doctor. he is a very nice person too.

The providers and staff here are amazing... friendly and welcoming... on the phone and in person! Ginny is the best! She is knowledgeable, well educated and trained, listens intently, and is phenomenal both technically and artistically. All of this instills great trust. She definitely has a gift!

I was awake the whole time which in my opinion added an extra comfort. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I never once felt as if I hadn't been heard and the results are amazing! Dr. Wright is awesome, and if I ever need or want anything I will definitely be returning. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice team of professionals, Dr Wright was friendly & very talented, all questions were answered prior to service, recovery was uneventful, follow up was efficient. I really appreciated the appointment reminder service. Only had minor issues scheduling follow up appointment, but that’s expected in a medical office.

Feel the diagnosis was accurate and dealt with professionally and timely. There was some lag time, but, that was due to Medicare requirements, and I did want the procedures to be covered. The staff were friendly, particularly Chrystal, whom I saw frequently. I would highly recommend this office, and Dr. Thomas Wright if you are having vascular symptoms/problems that need to be addressed.

Dr. Wright is a wonderful doctor. He examined me, listened to the concerns I had and thoroughly explained my options. He also explained the cost involved for my treatment (which was minimal compared to what I was expecting). I decided, based on his expertise, the best course of treatment and he performed it the same day. The treatment was painless and results were astounding. In regards to Dr. Wright’s office staff - everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. My nurse Megan spent so much time with me and assisted Dr. Wright with my examination and procedure. She was HIGHLY knowledgeable and explained everything I should expect after treatment. She is friendly and funny and helped ease any apprehension I had. She also did some post treatment therapy on my legs during my follow up visit. Her banter and personality and expertise is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Wright and his staff.

Dr Wright skillfully and artistically performed my liposuction procedure. The results are beyond phenomenal. Every time I look in the mirror and see how wonderful I look I'm tempted to pinch myself to rule out the possibility that I'm dreaming. My waist is "snatched" (when the waist is made as small as possible through surgery resulting in the best waist to hip ratio), my back is smooth, my abdomen flat, my flanks curve inward and my hips now have the most feminine profile. All those things combined, I now have an unbelievably feminine hourglass figure. It's as if Michelangelo himself used a mallet and chisel and freed my body from an ambiguous marble form. I tend to dread medical appointments (time, costs, holy-cow-how-bad-is-it?), and the staff couldn’t have been better! I tested their patience from the get-go (how I loathe being “that” person) when checking in, so their welcoming support to understand my situation was beyond appreciated. Megan (sp?) then explained the basic (well, basic for her) physiology. I couldn’t pass a pop-quiz now to save my life, of course, but the confidence created as a result of her knowledge gave me the assurance I needed to feel respected and move forward. Dr. Wright (or should it be Dr. Right? I bet he’s never heard that before) lives up to his 5-star reviews. Not only was he authentically kind – helping to further abate my anxiety, he was also impressively thorough as he scavenged my legs for more suspicious veins (you know, those you’re pretending don’t exist). Cosmetic procedures are so personal and even the idea of talking about what you would like to have done is sometimes overwhelming because it requires so much vulnerability and self-examination. Dr Wright and his team were attentive, encouraging, and helped me set realistic expectations and then they surpassed those expectations! I never felt rushed or pressured. They encouraged me to ask questions and made me feel completely relaxed and confident through the whole process. My only regret is that I didn’t become a patient sooner. I am so grateful for the care I received from Dr Wright, Savannah, and the rest of the team (and I am looking so cute in these compression stockings, honey).

Before going to Dr. Wright, I was misdiagnosed by several physicians. I was made to feel like the pain, heaviness, swelling and bruising was either in my head or the result of a poor diet and lack of exercise. Dr. Wright took the time to really listen, and informed me that I suffered from a progressive, hereditary condition, which was not my fault. I felt such relief after that initial visit. I’ve subsequently undergone treatment for venous insufficiency, and tumescent liposuction on my arms to remove the diseased fat. Thanks to Dr. Wright who diagnose my problem as being Lipedema/ lymphadema which caused leg swelling and leg fatigue. Which made it hard for me to work at my profession as a hair stylist working long hours. Dr. Wright put together a remarkable plan for me . Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Wright & his staff. First of all, he’s one of the only doctors in the area who will actually touch the calf/ankle area. I was turned away by other surgeons because of the risks, but I am very grateful because it led me to the best. And once I met Dr. Wright, I knew he was the right doctor for my procedure. He was warm and welcoming and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. I was quoted a price for the procedure the day of the consultation, and that did not change at all. Dr Wright is one of only a handful of lipedema experts in the US. And he truly is a pioneer and expert in this subspecialty. Because of covid my first visit with him was virtual. Dr Wright and his staff have been top notch. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism, organization, and kindness. Stripping down at age 60 over zoom to be evaluated by a doctor was a harrowing experience, but Dr Wright and his nurse, Megan, made it as unhumiliating as possible.
