BEWARE OF THIS SURGEON! A routine procedure He had performed a 1000 times left my husband disabled. He had to retire at 60 years old and will never be the same.

Dr. Wareing did a rather complicated AAA operation on me 3 years ago and did an excellent job. A recent CT scan revealed another aortic aneurysm and a saw Dr. Wareing this week. He and his scribe, Jeff, veiwed the CT and it was their joint opinion that it was not an aneurysm. What a relief!! The office staff, M A's, Jeff and of course Dr. Wareing were excellent. He is very skilled in his trade and his staff is hot. What more could you as for.

He was awful. Terrible bedside manners. Terrible information. Needed a second opinion it was so bad.

Professional and engaging both the patient and the family in the conversation regarding the upcoming procedure/surgery. Answered all questions with kindness and in depth. After the surgery, he was available for concerns and informed us "I will make sure all his needs are met while in the hospital and upon discharge". He did.

Dr Wareing performed Endarterectomy surgery on 7-22-16, and I expected a two night stay in the hospital. I did so well that I was discharged this afternoon on 7-23-16. Excellent surgeon, who is well respected by the hospital nursing staff. This inspires confidence for the patient. I had a 70% blocked right carotid artery. It could have "at anytime caused another stroke." I am very grateful to have this surgery behind me and appreciate that I had Dr Wareing as my surgeon.
